I'm afraid we already have a fire type, and flying type is one of the most useless types, and hydreigon can use fly. (Bonus: it's one of the few HM moves that aren't useless!)
Bisharp is unique! It's then only Dark/Steel pokemon, meaning the only one with double resistance to ghost, and has good attack and speed too!
