If a game was set in America

Pokemon Sun & Moon are set on islands similar to Hawaii which I thought was a pretty cool concept. What if Nintendo made a game where Pokemon was set in the United States? What do you think the biggest cities would be based off of? New York City and Los Angeles would be there for sure. Plus, there'd have to be like a McDonalds or KFC in the game somehwere.

A KFC in Pokemon? Count me in. I mean, Unova is already based on New York, so a region based on the USA would be like Johto; connected to another region. Or technically, Unova would be within this USA region.

If they do this, gotta bring back the game corner, just for Las Vegas.

I swear Unova is based on America? Anyway, it would be pretty cool to see the different parts of America integrated into one region, and seeing LA would be nice too.

Well we already have Unova heavily influenced by NYC and now more recently Alola based on Hawaii. As for other states, it would be interesting to see a region based on Las Vegas or Hollywood/LA.

    Unova is New York :P

To be honest, I don't really want to see another game based in America unless it's someplace really different - like Hawaii was. I'd much rather see Africa, China, India, Northern Canada, Italy, and many many more diverse places.

Also, Orre (from the Gamecube games) is based on Phoenix, Arizona. I think it's about time they gave another country a chance, like Australia or Italy.

However, I'd love to see a game based on Kentucky. Probably not interesting enough to catch Game Freak's attention, though.

A good amount of the Pokémon games have been based in the US and I would love to see a game based in Greece or India.

But otherwise, I think having a game being based in Louisiana would be cool because of Mardi Gras & more !
