Which would be most common around you? (Inanimate objects can count as well)
For instance, if your town has a lot of ducks, say Ducklett/Psyduck, etc.
If a lot of fancy lightposts, you could say Lampents are common.

At this time of year, Masquerain are coming out in droves. I can't seem to use enough Repels.. There are also some Squirtles and Psyduck around, too.

Were I live rabbits are pretty common, so bunnelby and buneary are the ones that comes to my mind.

Cats and rats are common here. so ratata and bunch of eevees? xD

There are quite a few stray dogs and cats that roam around here, as well as chickens. I guess that could translate to Lillipups, Meowths, and Torchics? Oh, and Pidgeys. We have many Pidgeys.

There are so many pigeons around here that I think our suburb would just be flooded with Pidoves! We also have a lot of trees so I'm guessing at least a few of them would be Sudowoodo. If the fish in my garden pond turned into Pokemon, we'd also have 29 Goldeen at our house.

Ooh, fun! Around where I live, I'd say Pidove and Murkrow are the most common sights. Occasionally I see some Fletchling in my yard. And I live with a Lillipup or Herdier - if there was a stage between those two that would probably resemble my dog the most. :P There's just a lot of pet dogs here, I'd say every dog Pokémon fits. Braviary are not super common but I've seen a few from time to time in our area (aka 'promptly pick up small dog and run' time).

I don't think there are geese Pokémon but those are pretty common here too, usually in parks and stuff, and also lots of Ducklett and Wingull, near bodies of water. Just a lot of birds.

Campus is full of Pachirisu. We also have a resident coyote who's gained quite a bit of fame around campus, actually (students have named him Carter and he has a Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). I'd say he's like a Mightyena? More of them exist in the more forest-y areas and they usually don't come out to where all the people are, but this one guy is always around - probably for all the poor Pachirisu.

If Pokémon GO is anything to go by, my town is filled to the brim with Drowzee. Maybe lazy humans translate into Drowzees?

Also Duckletts and Meowth/Purrloin in abundance haha. There'd be a lot of grass pokémon too though, since we have many nice parks. And definitely a lot of water types around the stream; people fish there pretty often c:
