Want an "other" option? I can add it if you want. ^^
OH YES PLEASE. I would really appreciate that.

*yawn* well, Dawson, its because the English language has so many rules (Ie. I before E) and so many rules that break other rules (except after C). Thats the one main reason why, the English language has alot of rules, and I mean ALOT, then there are, like I said, many rules that break the normal rules.
I hope ya'll understand that. ^.^
I think the only one language the world would speak would be one that's made up of a mixture of all existing languages! :D Or else we shouldn't speak a langauge at all! :P
I've always been told that English is the most difficult language to learn. Every single foreign languages teacher I had told us that learning French or Spanish is much easier than a French or Spanish kid learning English. I can't remember the reasons for that statement, but I completely understood.
One of the reasons is that English has sounds that can be pronounced in lots of different ways while most other languages don't.

I'd vote English simply for the fact that it is, as far as I'm aware, the most widely used language in the world already.
But the world would be a lot duller with just one language.
My real thoughts on this is that the world should never have one language, as we would lose so much diversity in cultures, traditions, etc.Yeah the world would be so boring..
