i would probably use various types rather than specialize in one specific type and would be the 8th gym leader

Puzzle: I would have 6 rooms, each one with a specific theme and trainers
    Gym leader's pokemon;

    Pidgeot Lv 48
    Raichu Lv 51
    Swampert Lv 53
    Exceggutor Lv 54
    Houndoom Lv 56
    Lucario Lv58

I have mainly picked pokemon with more than one type to make it a harder gym

I dont know what the badge would be like, probably something with 6 smaller symbols on it

What Type/Theme would you specialize in?: Flying Types. =)

What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?): You'd have to navigate through the gym while avoiding wind bursts (from fans, that would send you back to the start) and through the trainers.

    What would your Team be?:
    Unsure of levels:

    Altaria
    Honchkrow
    Staraptor
    Salamence
    Noctowl

Ice types would have a ball. xD

What would your Gym Badge look like? A white Feather.

I would be the eighth gym leader and I'd be water type.

    My team:

    Lapras LVL: 44
    Blastoise LVL: 46
    Quagsire LVL: 42
    Slowking LVL: 45
    Lumineon LVL: 43
    Walrein LVL: 48

My puzzle would be simple. There is a wall of water blocking your way and you need to flip a switch to get rid of it. Each switch is guarded by a trainer and there are three switches.

My badge would, exactly like this:

If You Were A Gym Leader...

Also, my gym would look like this:

If You Were A Gym Leader...

    My own gym!!!

What Type/Theme would you specialize in?
Maybe a Normal-type team. All betweeen Lv. 45-50

What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?)
Nothing really complicated. Maybe I could have elevators that lead the main character to a small room and every time they win a battle, they get granted access to the next floor. They go through four levels of basic trainers, then on floor #5, they meet me! Muwahahahaha! >:D

    What would your Team be?
    Lv. 45: Girfarig
    Lv. 46: Keckleon
    Lv. 48: Miltank
    Lv. 48: Zangoose
    Lv. 49: Togekiss
    Lv. 50: Snorlax

What would your Gym Badge look like?
Maybe like a "thumbs-up" to say, "Good job!" ^_^

What Type/Theme would you specialize in?: Steel and/or Psychic types
What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?): A bunch of rooms, each with at least one trainer in it. The front door would be locked so you couldn't get out. To open the master door (Way to my room) then you have to beat every single trainer, each of which having Steel or Psychic type pokemon. An endurance match, as one would call it.

    What would your Team be?:
    Skarmory Lv. 57
    Gallade Lv. 59
    Gardevoir Lv. 56
    Alakazam Lv. 57
    Aggron Lv. 55
    Metagross Lv. 60

What would your Gym Badge look like?: A Bird stillhoutte, to indicate freedom from my gym.

What Type/Theme would you specialize in: Water.
What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?) first there is running currents and you have to lower and raise Brigies and when you think you got it, you would go back to the beggining and surf on the current. if you are wrong, you face a trainer and have to warp back to the begging. If you are right you go to a new room filled with water falls and I will be in the middle.
What would your Team be: Empoleon, Kingdra, Walirn, and Shiny Garadoes
What would your Gym Badge look like? A waterfall

DARK TYPES! In Hoenn. I'd have spikey hair dyed black, plus a flame t-shirt with a championship belt saying "Im the strongest", id be the last gym.

The gym would be pitch black like in a cave, you have to battle trainers who tell you where the switches are. Find all the switches and you see most of the area, then you have to go up the right lift out of 4(The others are 1 way), if you go up the wrong one you have to turn off the switch that is there to go down and find the switches again! If you go up the right one i am there.

    Weavile Lvl 40
    Absol Lvl 41
    Shiftry Lvl 43
    Mightyena Lvl 43
    Houndoom Lvl 40

My badge would be a ball of shadow and it would be the "Evil badge"

What Type/Theme would you specialize in?
    Fighting
What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?)
You would have to defeat 8 gym trainers and there would be no way to avoid them. While doing that you also have to avoid punching bags that are swinging across the room. If you get hit by one, you go to the beginning of the room again.
    What would your Team be?
    Lucario (lvl 49)
    Machoke (lvl 45)
    Hitmonchan (lvl 46)
    Toxicroak (lvl 44)
    Heracross (lvl 42)
What would your Gym Badge look like?
It would be a fist pointing upward.

What Type/Theme would you specialize in?
    Fire/Bug

    Horray for dual-type gyms! :3

What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?)
    A HORRIBLY DEADLY quiz.
You would be in a room with a giant screen, and you would be asked questions.
Get 10 questions right, you proceed onto me.
Get any wrong, and you're sent to go through a maze, with plenty of Gym trainers.
Once you got out, you would end up back in the quiz room, and the quiz giver proceeds onto the next question.
The maze changes depending on what question you got wrong.
    EG:
You would have a completely different maze to go through if you got question 4 wrong compared to getting question 7 wrong.

    What would your Team be?
    Typhlosion, lv. 45
    - Gyro Ball
    - Flame Wheel
    - Thunderpunch
    - Rollout

    Butterfree lv. 42
    - Bug Buzz
    - Psychic
    - Safeguard
    - U-turn

    Macargo lv. 47
    - Earthquake
    - Recover
    - Rock slide
    - Flamethrower

    Venomoth lv. 45
    - Sleep powder
    - Signal Beam
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Aerial Ace

    Shedinja lv. 43
    - Shadow Ball
    - Heal Block
    - X-Scissor
    - Confuse Ray

What would your Gym Badge look like?

    Fyrblad Badge
If You Were A Gym Leader...

(Just a rough sketch, it is supposed to look like a pointy leaf with bug-colored tips.)

    Gym Location:
    Ecruteak City, Johto.

What Type/Theme would you specialize in?: Fire
What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?): Yes, a test of bravery. Walk over a wooden bridge on top of a 'Volcano' (really made up of Fruit Twist Fanta D:). If they decide not to take a chance, they dont get to challenge me. As for the rest of the gym, just a plain gym. D:
What would your Team be?: Typhlosion, Arcanine, Charizard, Blaziken, Magmortar and Ninetales. (Wow, there is much less fire types than you would think.)
What would your Gym Badge look like?: I have no imagination so I'll just steal Flannery's heat badges.

What Type/Theme would you specialize in? I'd specialise in Bug type Pokemon.

What would your Gym look like? (Any Puzzles?) Full of trees, making the maze a harder challenge than it looks, with many hidden trees that are cuttable.

Heracross Lv.40 - Counter, Rock Slide, Toxic, Focus Punch
Scyther Lv.43 - Wing Attack, X-Scizzor, Toxic, Steel Wing

    Create Your Own Gym

    Cloudburst City Gym
    Gym #: 9 (Post-Elite 4)
    Gym Type: Water/Electric
    Leader: Storm

    Layout

First Floor - Enter the gym to find it is pitch black. Every 4 seconds, lightning strikes and lights up the gym for a second, showing you where to go. There is one trainer on this floor, and he is directly in front of the staircase. After you defeat him, he gets out of your way and you move to the...

Second Floor - This room is completely covered by water, and the door is in sight, however there is a catch; the water has currents that will deter you from getting where you need to. Surf into the current, and you're brought into the path of the first of three trainers. Defeat him, and the current will bring you to a litte island with a switch. Press the switch and the currents switch directions, leading you to another trainer and another switch. After pressing the switch, swim into the current and you are brought to the door, however now you must battle the leader's Elite Trainer. Defeat her and progress to the...

Third Floor - Enter the small room, climb the Waterfall, and walk forward to battle the Gym Leader.

    Gym Challenger Jason
    68 Infernape
    68 Garchomp
The first trainer in the gym, Jason is the weakest trainer in here, and has the fewest amount of pokemon. Defeat him and progress.
    Gym Challenger Aidan
    71 Torterra
    71 Infernape
    71 Empoleon
Another challenger to Storm. He is quite challenging given the high levels of his pokemon and their varied typing. Good switching will defeat him.
    Gym Challenger Thomas
    74 Vaporeon
    74 Scizor
    74 Metagross
    74 Garchomp
The final challenger of this Gym is Thomas. He has enough pokemon at high enough levels to actually be a Gym Leader, but again, if you have been keeping up with training, then he is easily defeated.
    Elite Trainer Bailey
    78 Heatran
    78 Tyranitar
    77 Gengar
    79 Magnezone
    80 Latias
Storm, like every other Gym leader, has an Elite Trainer who acts as his second in command. As this is the 8th Gym, Bailey is the most challenging of all the Elite Trainers. With her very high leveled powerful pokemon and varied typing, she becomes almost as challenging as Storm himself. Handle with care.
    Gym Leader Storm
84 Zapdos @ Leftovers - Rain Dance, Roost, Thunder, [Hidden Power Grass]
85 Gyrados @ Life Orb - Dragon Dance, Rain Dance, Waterfall, Stone Edge
85 Electivire @ Expert Belt - Thunder, [Hidden Power Grass], Cross Chop, Flamethrower
86 Milotic @ Leftovers - Rest, Sleep Talk, Hydro Pump, Toxic
88 Raikou @ Life Orb - Rain Dance, Calm Mind, Thunder, [Hidden Power Ice]
90 Kingdra @ Life Orb - Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Dragon Pulse, Hidden Power [Electric]
Storm runs a Rain Dance team; whenever there is a change in whether besides Rain, he uses Rain Dance. All of his electric pokemon have Thunder, and his water pokemon benefit from the rain with extra damage on their side. Kingdra in particular becomes deadly with Swift Swim. He runs a Special Rain Dance Kingdra, and has a combination of attacks that is unresisted by any pokemon in the game with the exception of Shedinja, who is taken out by Status from every other pokemon. Once rain is up he will get Kingdra in as soon as possible to start sweeping. Besides Kingdra, theres the Gyrados/Electivire combo. If you send out an electric pokemon he switches to Electivire automatically and will try to activate Motor Drive; don't be stupid. Milotic is another challenge, with rest activating Marvel Scale, doubling her Defense, bringing it to around 500, as well as healing her completely. Use Rain Dance against them and Thunder her to death. Try to Toxi-Stall Kingdra, however this will prove to be hard as the majority of pokemon are OHKOd, with the exception of Blissey, who, if she is on the same level as him, will possibly get 2HKOed by Hydro Pump. The hardest fight of all the Gym Fights.
    =========================
That's my gym! Pictures and movesets will be added when I reach 15 posts on this account and have the ability to post links.
