    Ok so we know the gist of the pokemon mystery dungeon series, a human becomes a pokemon and has to save the pokemon world. So my question is if you could be any pokemon that could talk and use the abilities of anyone pokemon, who would you choose? Me, i would pick eevee.
     
    Seriously love Vulpix, but I think it'd be wise to choose a Pokémon that's strong enough to fight off foes, and just generally has everything to live for a good amount of time. I'd probably end up going with Blissey. It is sort of weak to physical attacks, but special moves do little to no damage to it at all, which is excellent. With access to moves like Toxic and Seismic Toss, it could take down enemies without breaking a sweat. Plus, it has a ton of HP, and whenever they get low, it could always recover them with Softboiled. :p
     
    I'd pick ditto if I could appear like other people have some capacity to mimic some of their skillsets.

    Now, If I couldn't do that, and I would pick a human-like pokemon. Perhaps the Alakazam line.

    This thread makes me want to say why I even like to choose Snorlax in the first place. Big, lazy, eating and sleeping... and proud of it. Oh, and how it handles in battle, it is a big powerhouse on my team. I pretty much have Snorlax in all my games except for Hoenn because there's no way to get one without a trade.     If I lived in the PMD universe, then I'd probably choose to be a Ghost type Pokemon, then I could be as evil as I wanted and suffer no consiences!
     
    This isn't really what we like to define as a [Theory] in Pokemon General and it is also a rather straightforward question which should fit better in Pokemon Voting Polls. I'll therefore just calmly move it there :]

    As for my own reply, I gotta think about it for a while!

    If i could pick to be any Pokemon, it would probably be Charizard. I would be strong enough to defend myself, i could fly around the world as i please, i could freaking spit FIRE out of MY MOUTH and eventually i could even mega evolve, which would probably feel awesome :D Now, if i had to pick a Pokemon that resembles me the most, it would be Snorlax, because he likes to eat, to hangout xD
     
    I know I would love to be Watchog (aside from it being my #1 favorite) - being a normal type it can learn attacks from other types via TM's (so I could learn a variety of attack types), and with one of it's ability Illuminate nights wouldn't seem to dark.
