I can see how all of you feel that way. For some time now, I've even found it a bit of a chore to come on to PC, to show to everyone that I'm still here and posting. PC has undoubtedly changed. People came and went. Topics changed from one thing to the next. I always long to be back when I first started... back when PC really opened a new door for me... back when I first met everyone here. All the new members are having fun... just as much fun as all of us had in the beginning, I bet. There's still a lot to PC, but time taints it all. As you become one of the older members, you begin to realize that you've told all your jokes... you've said everything you wanted to and made your mark. As that dwindles down, you find less things to talk about, while new members still have a world of things to share. We've all felt what you have, Dakota. It happens to everyone who's made PC a part of their life. None of us are what we used to be. When cherished members like yourself leave, it makes another path for more of us to. Like Kayleigh said, it makes worse the situation we're all in right now.
Thing is, reminiscing about the good old days isn't what's going to change the present. If we stay together, there's hope that we could bring PC back to what it was during the times that it gave us so much joy. And if that doesn't work, there are people out there that are just as interesting as our friends of the past. People who have yet to hear all our stories.
No one can make you stay, Dakota. If you leave, you'll always be remembered as a legend in PC history. A good member, and a great friend. None of us want to see you leave, but if this is truly when we part ways, then we'll have you know that you've been a part of what has made PC as interesting as it has been.
A big BOO Ya to you Dakota!
