Hello! I'm never very good at introducing myself and I usually skip these welcoming threads, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I go by Duo-chan (or just Duo) in most places, owing to my first cosplay years ago and my affinity with the character from Gundam Wing.

I've been playing the Pokemon games and tcg since Yellow came out on the gameboy, though I stopped for a few years here and there - I skipped 3rd gen entirely, and though I spent hours on Pearl I didn't get back into the cards until about two years ago. I've had a lot of catching up to do! I have X and Y now, and several decks built to different standards of play, and I'm also now getting into the tcgo - there's a lot to learn there, as well, and I haven't added any friends yet on there.

I'm always up for trading/discussing/battling, so I'll be looking forward to hearing from people!

Happy seeing more longtime Pokemon fans, especially since I've been into it since around R/B myself. Started with Blue way back in 1999 or so and have never looked back.

Do you plan to buy OR/AS when those come out? I'm sure it'd be very fun to experience, especially if you've never played the original Ruby and Sapphire.

So, a TCG fan eh? That's usually one of the only parts of Pokemon I don't really know much about, but the artwork on the cards is always really adorable to look at. I wonder if you plan to get around to playing Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire since you never experienced Hoenn back in the day? Or maybe catch up on Sinnoh and Unova as well since you missed their respective games as well. And if you're into battling and trading we have the sections for that as well, so definitely a lot to keep you busy.

It's quite alright! I'm just really happy you took the time to make one! Very happy to have you on board, Duo! I only cosplayed as Luke fon Fabre from Tales of Abyss before, teehee.

Aw, you really should of played the 3rd gen; they're arguably the best pokemon games out there, at least in my opinion! But still, I hope that you'll be able to play ORAS, and play what you've missed! I'd say they're set to be really great games!

We're always up for trading and battling too, so, I hope you'll be able to take a look at the trading and battling boards respectively! We're always going to be serving up a big boul of fun, followed up with a nice turkey lunch! So have a blast! And may we meet again, friend!
