Inside of the Pokeball?

What's inside the Pokeball must be a controlling power--that how I see it. Now we know--it's no longer a mystery, but it's been shown before. Remember the Psyduck thing? We saw inside the Pokeball once...not long ago. But that was 15 years ago, so I'm one to talk.
 
A picture would have explained it better instead of showing the video. The video was showing Iris' Dragonite inside its Pokeball.
