Inu Yasha RP

Lady Kagome? Inuyasha, do you know what happened to her? Was it because of me? I feel terrible...
 
Inu Yasha lifts his face out of the dirt, then falls right to the ground

I wouldnt just, life my head up and then fall back into the dirt. No matter how many times Kagome sits me. It not just like me to give up. And that Rio person... probably got out not only because your one line posts totally mess things up, but because you also lack the proper rping abilities. This isnt a java rp, heaven smiles on you in that case. If it was, you'd be cannon fodder. People would boot you for your l33tl355 skillz. I mean, it takes all good skills and sucks the life out of them. You dont just go and rp with crap like 'Walks into a room.' Or 'Inuyasha stands up and swings tetsusaiga at -insert name-' You HAVE to add detail! Try this: 'Tired and bruised, Inuyasha walks into the dimly lit room. The candles that light the hut give off a faint glow as the darkness engulfs the weary hanyou. Even though he hadnt been in battle for a few days, he also hasnt slept well due to his concern over Kagome and her troubles. He cursed himself as the scent of sweat and illness overtook his senses. Looking down as he walked forward, Inuyasha gazed at Kagome. She still hadn't gotten better, and she seemed to be gatting sicker as time went by. He wished that he had gotten the full blast of Naraku's poison cloud, instead of Kagome being in the way.' I mean, COME ON. Learn how to Rp. You don't act like yourself unless that is how the character acts. And i know Inuyasha wouldnt just say as little as you make him. He'd be all cocky and elaborate, and not to mention arrogant. Basically, he'd talk to you like i did. Cause... Watashi wa Inuyasha-desu, bakayaoi. Omea o kurusu. Hmph! -Inuyasha scoffs as he plants his butt on a tree branch to eat ramen and randomly curse the thread.-

Now, Sango... whoever plays her, she's good. Kagome sucks. xP (Jokin babe) There seems to be a hint of ability in this trotter person. Its just that the one liners dont work. Guys, dont take this wrong, but when you've RP'd for as long as i have you get to lecture anyone who needs it. And before you say "SHUT UP AND GO AWAY!" Understand that I've been doing this since i was 10. Thats NINE years of RPing. I've heard the same stuff I tell you now. Only, I had many of my own characters destroyed due to these errors. And if you ever check out a good java chat, you'll understand me.

((What about Miroku? xD J/K Well, I agree with Inuyasha. RPG-ing is like writing a book. Or even, a story. They have great depth for making the scenes unfold into our minds. And... where is Sango?! I need my presence... in this thread! o_o Maybe I'll go re-read the thread tommorrow....))

OOC - Hey, are you supposed to be preaching to the RP gods or something, Inuyasha-kun? That is so gay how you got so serious about it, and I disagree about the book theory. Rping is basically putting yourself in a character's situations, and pretending that it is real to make it more fun. Or thats what I think anyway >.<. Books dont let you play the situation head on...or imagination on? whatever, the point is, we were pring just fine, and if you do one-liners, just live with them and go along with them. If people do only one worders, then there is a huge PROBLEM!!!!!! Literally, because it wont let you post too small...And alas, I now shuttup, record what we were talking about, lock it up, and throw it away in a hidden land....@.@

You may be able to get by with how you are rping now... but you read a good RP post and you'll see how one line posts seriously kill the whole thread. Book theory or not, Rping is about making people believe that your character is real. That you are that character, and that you exists in that world thusly defined by the thread rules. If you want respect then you should learn to not only put in more detail, but to also LISTEN to people when they try to help. Yelling back at Inuyasha gets your hand bitten off... unless Kagome sits me first... She still doesnt know I posted in this one... god save me. Uhm... yeah. So, Taking a kind hand offered and learning from experience is something that all good people do. Thank you Miyu-chan for helping once again. -Bows- So maybe you outta cool down a bit before you go and get po'ed at someone wanting to help you become a better RPer. Oh, BTW... I'm not being 'serious.' If you want to see serious, talk to people who RP and have the whole shibang goin. RP Counsel, Police, Armies, they have the Rp world they are in down to insects that eat leftovers. There are laws, sometimes hundreds, that you MUST follow if you wish to RP. And if you arent good 'nuff or insult them by breaking any rule, anything they dont like, they make you pay. I was in one where some guy put 'oc-' instead of 'ooc' and they hacked him, booted him, and got him fined a few hundred dollars. How's that to scare a little 11 year old kid? Good thing i was always broke... wait. -forehead smack of doom- So yes. Maybe you could listen to kind words. Eh?

ok guys, break it up... just because u have ur own way of rping, Inuyasha, doesnt mean we can't do it the way we want it, an RP can be anything you want it 2, as long as u r ur character and it is like them. can we try and stay on topic please?

Inu Yasha finally gets up, to see Kagome lying on the ground.
"Ka-kagome," he says, "What have you done to her Tora!"

BIC- Me? I did nothing to the girl who saved my life, she has my gratitude, and frankly, I've already grown my attachment to her and kinda like her and think shes cute. But then again, I just met her. But if there is anything I could do for her...I'd be glad to help.....wait, my technique! *put his palms on Kagome's body as a blue aura yet again glows and starts to heal her. As he was doing this, he sys to himself* I really hope this helps you, Kagome...*then concentrating on healing again*

Miroku wandered through the forest, having lost track of Sango and Kirara.
"Today is not my day..." he mumbled to hiself, as he slapped away a bug.
Suddenly, he felt a powerful aura coming in front of him like waves. He hid behind a leaf. (A huge one) a continued examing the youkai/hanyou.

<< Kinda both. He's just like... hmm... mostly, just a samurai version of me... but to put it in easier terms... Kenshin, a little Vash the Stampede, and Claus all rolled into one... seemingly delicious... character. I havent really named him, and the only other name i can think of at the moment is one of my other characters... so i'd probably leave him nameless and see what happens. He's a wandering samurai who has seen many of the battles Inuyasha has been in, and he's been cursed by Naraku, so he's interested in helping Inu and company kill him. Thats all i'm gunna give ya though...>>

"Houshi-dono..." A voice began from the trees.
The man dropped beside the monk silently, his form clad in a robe of pure black. At his side hung a katana, the scabbard showing the rebirth of the pheonix on one side, and the deadly dragon's fire on the other. His hands were bound in a pair of gauntlets, each one matching the scabbard. Pheonix's healing pyre, Dragon's scorching hellflame. He looked at Miroku from under his small cone shaped hat (dont remember it's name...), his face as blank as his voice.
"Have you and your party come close to Naraku's den? I have heard of your misfortunes, and I too seek the end of that dishonorable coward." The still nameless man spat out, the dull grinding sound of metal radiating from his hands. He looked In the direction that the monk was looking at when he dropped down and lowered the brim of his hat.
 
Miroku glanced at the newcomer, who looked to be a stranger. And he was another of Naraku's victims. How many people does Naraku want to suffer?
"Not yet, but I will..." he said softly, just enought to cover the loathing and hate in his voice. He ducked down more, hearing leaves rustle near them....
 
*Tora was still looking at Kagome, in tears, hoping she wasn't badly injured.*
