I am no tech expert so please help me out here! D:
Starting today, my computer has felt very slow. The keyboard typing lags, the mouse scrolling lags, and whenever I am streaming videos, the videos become choppy. This isn't even a Youtube thing either. Even streaming videos on other websites still has choppy issues.
Like the video freezes for only 1-2 seconds while the audio still goes and then the video goes back to normal for like 10 more minutes and repeats the stuttering problem.
I don't understand, my computer isn't that old either. I got this HP Pavilion about 2-3 years ago. It has 6 GB of Ram, an AMD A6-3620 APU processor with a Radeon HD Graphics 2.20 GHz. I have Windows 7 64-bit.
And my internet provider is Optimum. I have 12 ms Ping, 15.80 Mbps Download speed and 5.15 Mbps Upload speed. Isn't that a fast connection? So why does everything on my PC feel so sluggish all of a sudden?
It's been happening with both Chrome and Firefox.
