I have 3 ideas. I would follow Fabledawn's example and add sugar. Or I would eat some myself and try to smile (I have no idea what Pokechow tastes like btw). Or I would put some in Eevee's mouth and hold his/her nose until he/she swallowed. =/ But I don't think I would like to resort to that last one.

Mix it/hide it with something else it likes eating. Such as treats or snacks.

That is seriously a hard question... I'd guess anywhere that'd they'd fit in. Either with landscape and climates or cultural worships?
 
Right. I mean you can interpret it any way you want to.

Vaporeon - Germany.... I don't know why! Perhaps it looks cold and Germany feels blue in my mind ^^
Jolteon - USA. Because, it feels a little american, with flashy spikes and all... (nooo what? Am I influenced by Lt. Surge? ^^)
Flareon - Iceland. Furry fur fits, it's no warn there... but there are a lot of volcano-earthquake-thingys.
Umbreon - Korea. No... China. I have absolutely no clue why. A feeling.
Glaceon - France. Yes. I knew I wanted to place someone in France. Glaceon's got that Juan/Wallace-french-influenced look.
Leafeon -Australia. There are forests there, right? And desert, yes... But I think Leafeon is an Australian ^^
Espeon - Finnish.... Hm. Or italian... No, finnish. I can see him float around psychically in the fair Finland ^^
Eevee - Eevee's like... Kroatian! Now that was weird. But he is.
