Well, I'm sure people around here likes New Years more than Christmas, judging by the number of fireworks on the sky, and, since I love watching fireworks, I'm gonna say New Years. Christmas? meh... it's just an excuse for getting presents or money :laugh:
 
nothing can test christmas its awesome you get exspensive presents and 3 weeks off school!!!!!!!!!

p.s. wot is the deal with apricots its all about coconuts

I have to say Independence Day in the United States because it marked the founding of the first modern republic.
 
Hanami, I was born during it too. Next comes (Japanese) New Year, and Samhain.

This running joke about apricots baffles me...
 
Its a tie between Halloween and Christmas for me
 
I like Christmas eve and Christmas most. *Having fun with my family and friends*
 
I lurve the first day of fall. It's a sign that my favorite constellations will be in the sky at an earlier hour than four in the morning. Plus, the cold weather is comfortable to me, the seasons don't smell funny anymore, and school starts up again. (Yes, I like school.)

I really don't like any specific nation-wide holiday. The ones that no one else celebrates are much better because it's your own special day.
 
New Years :3 I love doing the count down <3 Though its hard for me to stay up so late XD I also like Halloween.. Not real sure why though, since I don't even trick-or-treat anymore ^_^;
 
That would be Christmas or the fourth of July!
 
Christmas by far and away.

I don't know why, but something about Christmas in particular is like the EPITOME of joy and happiness to me.

To me, there's something so un-cynical about Christmas in comparison to the other Holidays (at least, I should hope so o_o)--sure, we've had it marketed as "Santa Clause's" holiday, but in all actuality, in my eyes it's all about the weather and the family and the food and the fun time together. And the religious meaning behind it, absolutely!

So call me a sap. I love Christmas like no other holiday! :>

Not to mention it's at the tail-end of the year, so it's so cozy and in it's little corner and happy to be the best of all celebrations. <3
 
I love Halloween and Christmas.
Halloween- Free candy, dresssing up as whatever you want and staying out late with friends
Christmas- more candy, and presents
 
I vote Christmas.

I just love the atmosphere of it all, where everyone can forget about their worries for a while. To me, spending a day with your family, in blissful harmony, without any arguments, is better than any present I could recieve.
