Are your exams over for the semester yet? What are you doing this summer? Have any plans?
 
What age did you start collecting Pokemon cards?
Uh. Gee, it was so long, I can't even remember how old I was. Funny enough, I had Pokemon cards before I ever played the video games. I just know that we were in the car one day after being in the mall, and my parents surprised us by handing us each a booster pack from the Base set. Even funnier, we both pulled a holographic Raichu card! XD

What's your most valuable Pokemon card?
As of right now, my Secret Rare Charizard. I pulled it from a Plasma Storm Elite Trainer box a couple weeks ago, and it is beautiful.

Are your exams over for the semester yet? What are you doing this summer? Have any plans?
I think you might have misread me. I said I plan to go to college, not that I am a college student. This summer I'll be working mostly. Got some stuff I want to do outside of work too, like building some competitive Pokemon teams, and MAYBE learning RNG for the purpose of getting good Pokemon off Dream Radar, since it seems to be impossible otherwise.

In terms of actual raw fish, my favorite is Escolar Tuna. It is amazing! It doesn't taste fishy, and it just melts in your mouth. For rolls, I really like this one called the Godzilla role, which I only chose once because of its name, but turned out to be delicious. It had Eel in it, and was a fried roll with an amazing sauce. Now I want more sushi, Syd, thanks...

What kind of restaurant did you work at in NOLA? I wanna know if I've been there, lmao.
I worked at the Court of Two Sisters. My advisement to everyone is that you NEVER eat there. Just trust me.

Um... Let me think... I had Hog's Head Cheese before, if you know what that is. I thought it was pretty damn good. I know there's something else, but I can't think of anything.


What was your favorite restaurant in NOLA?
I liked a few places out there. Little Tokyo was an excellent place for Japanese food, but I don't think that's what you want to hear. About a year ago, I would have told you that Yo Momma's is an excellent place for Burgers, but after the owner fired everyone for no good reason, I can't get behind it anymore. So instead, the Camellia Grill is a great place with energy and delicious food! Brennan's is also a great place for good food. Now, outside NOLA, I highly recommend you go on a road trip to a little place in Mississippi called The Shed that has THE BEST BBQ you have ever had. Seriously. Go do it. What are you waiting for!?


And I'll remember that next time I go, haha.

To be honest, I never really thought about that. I've thought plenty about where I WANT to go, but never about places I wouldn't.

This is a funny story actually. My mom's boyfriend worked at Yo Momma's, which was a bar that was apparently rivals with Port of Call, so I was never allowed to eat there. Adding insult to injury, I couldn't eat at Yo Momma's either, because I wasn't 21! XD

Nope. Haha. Actually this isn't true, I did once, but it was dark and no one else was on the road, plus my mom was drunk so she didn't know, lmao.
