Roleplay Sample: 'Mom! I'm going to the Pokemon Center!' says Kai Excitedly. His mom says,' Okay Kai! But come back before the Sun sets!' She then hears the main door closing. 'Teenagers' she says. As Kai goes through the crowded streets and enters the Pokemon Center, he is greeted by Nurse Joy. He greets Nurse Joy and sits in the bench, as he and NinjaStar watch the battles going on.

Ok, well, I can't really accept this SU.

First of all, your "Appearance" section is a picture. I'd much rather have at least a paragraph.

Your "Personality" section seems rushed and bland. I think there's more you could have added there.

Third... the GM is the one that chooses your starter Pokémon's moves. You would have known that if you took the time to read through the entire first post. And I really don't see how a Pokémon can be a lot like a human. That description of your Pokémon is a little bit farfetched too. Makes the Pokémon seem kinda flawless.

And lastly, your roleplay sample is...a paragraph? It says nothing about the way your character and his Pokémon met and about what determined your character to go on a journey. There's no substance in it whatsoever.

Oh and don't get me started on the formatting of your SU. There's literally no spacing, everything cluttered and hard to read.

I suggest you take a look at some of the other SUs and put some more time and effort in yours next time.

With his 6'2" Drake is taller that many of his friends and he's tallest from his family. His skin is really pale. He's got brown eyes and long dark brown hair.
He likes formal clothes, so he almost always wear white shirt and the specially tailored suit, that he got as a gift from his rich uncle. His rich-like look supports red tie.
Personality:

Despite the fact that he comes from a rich arrogant family, he always cared about others more that about himself. Drake doesn't show much of his emotions, he still has his cold indifferent expression. He doesn't talk much (he talks mostly when he is alone or with his Pokemon) , he rather do something instead of only talking about it. This put him into many weird situations with his friends. Even that he doesn't think so, his friends say that he is very brave and reliable.

He really likes walking on his foots, because he can think about many things. Thanks to it, he's almost everywhere late, but also just in time.

Drake likes doing thing in his own way. That is also reason why he started his journey in suit...

Smoochy is the opposite of Drake. She is still baby. She likes kissing everyone she meets. She loves travelling on Drake's head, using his hair as bed. In fact, she loves sleeping. She sleep during day, waking only to eat or when Drake decide to stop somewhere. But when she is awake, she can be hyperactive. She is very curious and exploring all things she can find. She isn't fighter, so she hides in Pokeball, when it comes to fight. Actually, Smoochy never fought after she was captured. Otherwise she is confident and likes meeting other Pokemon and their Trainers.

"Hmmm..." Drake looked to the sky, "It's getting late again."

He was on this journey for few days. He left his house few hours after he received a letter from Lyra. His parents didn't complain about his leaving.

As long as they won't have to pay for me, they don't care, Thought Drake...

"What you doing?" Asked Drew. Drew was one of Drake's child friends. When he heard that Drake is going on journey, he had to join him. He also helped Drake to catch his first Pokemon.

"Nothing... We should camp here." Answered Drake. He raised his hand and pulled sleeping Smoochy from his head.

"Okay. Looks like she likes your head." Said Drew with smile.

They were in some forest near Olivine City. They found a little playe without trees. They have only sleeping bags, after all, no one knew that they would began their journey. After they unroll their sleeping bags and lay into them, Drake played whole day in his head...

They were going through this forest. Drew asked Drake, if he wants to catch his first Pokemon. Drake acepted. After all, he will need Pokemon on this journey. And so, they started looking for some Pokemon. They found a lot of Caterpies and Weedles, Pidgeys and Rattatas, but Drew always said: "No, you need some fearsome Pokemon."

After lunch, Drake was searching alone, only with one Pokeball he got from Drew.

Suddenly, Drew shouted at him: "Prepare your Pokeball. Wild Houndour is running your way."

Houndour? Wondered Drake, but after few seconds, Dark Pokemon really jumped right before Drake.

"Ok, I will catch you!" Said Drake confidently... But first, I must make you weaker.

He ran to nearest tree. Houndour start running againts him.
Come... Just a little closer, Drake wasn't moving, but Houndour was closer and closer every moment. At the last moment he jumped on a tree branch and houndour hit tree with his head.
Now I have chance! He prepared his hand with Pokeball and... MucQ

Drake fell down from the tree... His Pokeball landed near him. After few seconds, something pink fell down too.
"Are you okay?" Ask Drew, while he was running to Drake.

Drake sit up... "Yeah, I'm okay. But what was that?" He touched his cheek.

Drew start laughing. "It was Smochoom. Little Smochoom just beat you."

"What?" Asked Drake and looked after his Pokeball. Next to it stood little Smochoom. She examined Pokeball from all directions.

"What are you..." He didn't have time to end his question. Smochoom kissed Pokeball and got caught...

"We will get to Olivine City tomorrow." Said Drew and ended Drake's thoughts. "I know that you must go to Cianwood, but I will stay in Olivine City."

"Hmmm..." Drake noded. He didn't want to know why Drew want to stay in Olivine City, because he knew, that they will meet again someday.

Drew knew that. Drake is more like his parents in this way. as long as it does not compromise his friends, he don't care...

Next day, they reached Olivine City. After quick visit of Pokécenter, they said each other good bye...

Drake headed to the harbor to finally get to Cianwood. Smoochy, sleeping on his head once again turned over and almost fell.

"Ohhh... Be more careful." Said Drake with smile and helped her up again. "Within few days, we will start our new adventure. Are you exited?"

I will complete rest tomorrow. I'm posting this for now, because I have to go now and I would definitely forget that I wanted to join this :)

Light freckles adorn the girl's cheeks.

In terms of clothing, Serah has a style that makes her look more rebellious than most girls her age. She is usually most comfortable in her favorite black tank top, which exposes a bit of her midriff just below her belly button. Over this tank top she usually wears an old, blue denim jacket that has long since had its sleeves cut off. A pair of black fingerless gloves are worn on her hands which extend up to her forearms, and a pair of rather worn denim shorts are worn on her legs. Serah wears a pair of black boots with purple laces on feet. A black bandanna is always worn in her hair, leaving only some stray bangs poking out in the front and her pigtails exposed in the back. He seems to feel a sense of familiarity within Serah, which prompted him to follow her in the first place.

"Freakin' punks... What the hell makes 'em think they're so much better than me, anyways...?"

Serah Maxwell sighed in disgust as she slumped into a sitting position on the sandy beaches of Clanwood City. She had had a feeling in the pit of her stomach that going to school today was not going to be in her best interest. Much to the blonde's dismay, that feeling was absolutely right. That morning had started off okay. Sure, there was the snide remark of her chemistry teacher who acted amazed that the blonde had even showed up in the first place and the usual hushed whispers from her appearance in the hallways, but that was a common feature on those few occasions of when the girl had decided to actually go to school.

The trouble had arrived during lunch period. It was during said time, that one of the more snobbish girls of her school had decided to essentially go out of her way to let Serah know just how out of place she was there. The snob hurled force a string of insults, including on commenting on how bad Serah looked to her less than stellar grades, even bringing her family into it. It did not take Serah long to reach her anger point with this student and before long, the blonde's fist was making friends with the snob's face. The bad part of this was the principal of the school happened to be around at this point, and managed to witness the whole thing. Needless to say, such behavior landed Serah in his office and then with a nice suspension.

"The old man's really gonna let me have it once he finds out..." Serah muttered. She sighed once more, reaching into her pocket and pulled out a cigarette. It was a habit the blonde was not really proud of, and she had been meaning to quit for a while now. However, after the whole school thing and thinking about what laid ahead... Serah was sort of happy she still held onto this last pack she had. "I guess I'll finish this one and then head on home and face the music."

Serah sat in silence taking a small puff of the stick between her lips, when the sound of something hitting a rock caught her ears. The blonde looked around, being cautious just in case it was someone she knew so she could put her cigarette out quick. Her eyes narrowed in curiosity as she found the source of the sound... It was a lone Cubone that was busy whacking its bone against the hard surface of a rock. The Cubone must have noticed he was being watched, as he slowly stopped banging the rock and locked eyes with the girl.

"What the hell are you lookin' at?" Serah sneered. She was sort of hoping to be alone for a moment, and the Cubone was not detracting from that feeling. He simply stood still, staring at the blonde girl intently. An annoyed sigh escaped girl's lips. "What do I have to do, send ya a message? I said get lost!"

Serah grabbed a nearby pebble and through it at the Cubone. However, the Pokemon merely swung his bone club in response, the bone smacking against the rock and sending it flying. The blonde girl had to admit that she was not expecting that sort of reaction from the Cubone. Still, it did little to change her mood.

"T'ch... Whatever..." Serah grumbled, snuffing her cigarette out and rising up to her feet. "Annoying little snot..."

The blonde girl slowly began to walk away and head back to the city and face her father for her oncoming punishment. However as she walked, the blonde girl had the sound of small footsteps following behind her. Glancing over her shoulder, Serah noticed the Cubone following close behind her. Once more, the girl sighed in annoyance as she knelt down close to the Pokemon.

"Look... Don't you have anyone else to go bug? Seriously, I told ya to get lost..." Serah said to the Cubone. The Cubone stayed in its spot though looking up at her quietly. Serah frowned. The Pokemon had a look in his eyes... one that the girl recognized much to often. He was all alone, much like her. He did not have anyone around that really cared much for him. Chances were he really did not fit in elsewhere for that matter. Slowly, the girl rose up and nodded. "Alright, alright... You can hang around for a bit, just... don't bother me too much, right?"

Time slowly moved on from that day. What had turned into "for a bit" soon became days, which soon became weeks, which then became months. As the time passed by, Serah found herself growing rather attached to the Cubone, which she had long since named Sid. It was one day, when she had decided to ditch school as usual and hang out with the Cubone at the beaches once more did an idea enter the girl's mind...

"Hey, Sid... We've been cool with each other for a while, yeah?" the blonde asked the Cubone, who merely grunted in response. A small smirk graced her lips. "What do you say we get outta this city... maybe go see the rest of Johto... Hell, maybe even take on the league and all that stuff?"

The Cubone gave the girl a curious glance, questioning this sudden suggestion. Serah glanced over her shoulder, making sure that no one was around before she stepped close to the Pokemon and knelt down to his level.

"It's just... Ya know, I was thinkin'... Everyone has this whole way of seein' me... Like I ain't gonna amount to anything and I'm just some punk... But... I was thinkin' that maybe if we did this... I could show them all I'm not just some thug and I do have a place I belong." Serah reasoned. Sid merely tilted his head in response, before turning back to the rock he was working on bashing in with his bone. A small smile graced Serah's lips. "Plus... I was thinkin' it'd be a good way for you to test just how much ass you could really kick, yeah?"

Sid stopped his abuse of the rock for a moment, and slowly looked up at Serah. The beach was totally silent at that moment. The girl looked down at her Pokemon with a smirk. Slowly, the Cubone nodded and gave the girl a small thumbs up in agreement. At that moment, it was decided, and the team of Serah and Sid began.

I honestly never noticed this, sorry. It looks to me that you lack a little more depth in the description of your Pokemon. How does she interact with others, with her trainer? Etc...
Fix this and you should be good to go.
