Keep. It's also a classic item that's been doing the same thing forever. I couldn't change it at this point.

KEEP, underrated healing item honestly (more cost effective, esp in the mid game in older games)

Dire Hit
 
Keep, but could have some additional effect, like power up Fairy type moves.

BrightPowder
 
Keep and add the following feature: makes the target pokemon happier.

Sticky Barb
 
Keep and change it to allow Palkia to change to its Origin Forme when being held
(assuming that Palkia will have an Origin Forme in the future).

Yellow Flute
 
Keep and add the same effect of Leftovers.
