Would've said Keep before I played Sword/Shield.
Now with all the Exp Candy's it's really not that hard to level mons and I feel like it's kinda obsolete.
So, I'll toss it.

As for it's in battle effect, maybe make it mirror on any status issue to the opposing mon rather than just infatuation.

Toss. As useful as it seems to increase binding move damage from 1/16 to 1/8 of the total HP, it's not an item slot I'd probably use on anything.

Keep - Still do what it does (evolve a few Pokemon) but also make it so Pokémon holding it behave as if it's Morning (i.e.: a Budew holding a Dawn Stone will evolve into Roselia regardless of time)
