Kingdom Hearts Thread

Throwing in my piece, loved the first game, second game was even better aside form being shorter (it at least felt like it) and the lack of a learning curve.

I just wish the FF characters had more of a backstory in the series aside form being randomly places and given few details.

The Sephiroth battle was THE hardest thing I've ever had to do in a video game, so props to KH for delivering such a great boss fight.

Aside from that, I love this series.

How's Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days? I've been wanting to pick it up but I don't trust gaming websites or reviews anymore.

Yeeeah.. that's the only downfall of Disney letting a young kid voice him. xD; He was like 12 when he started, and probably 17-ish by the time they dubbed CoM. ><;

It is the one from the regular KH. He is just grown up. his voice matured, and Square-enix/Disney didnt want to change his va, cause Haley does a good job on Sora.

Days is outstanding, I recommend getting the game.

He was in 8th grade when he did sora, He was about 16-17 or maybe 18 when he did Sora in KHII, He was 20 when he dubbed Sora in CoM.

Nope, no announcement probably not for a while too, they are still working on Birth By Sleep, So keep checking back news might spring up next year maybe.
 
The Kingdom Hearts team is working on Final Fantasy XIII Versus right now. After that's finished up, we'll probably start getting more information about the future of the series but until then, we'll have to be content with the spin-offs.

How, that'd be effin' awesome. I'd like to go to New York and fight the Green Goblin. Or maybe, play as Wolverine and take down Magneto. Or (insert more fanboyish sentences). That would be the definition of awesome.

buuuut I still hope it doesn't happen. I doubt it will, Disney owns a lot of companies, and you don't see any of the others mixed into KH. [/killjoy] Thank god, because that would make the series so insanely confusing. = =;

Well, yeah. He was close to Sora's age in the original Kingdom Hearts back in 2002. Its only to be assumed that his voice would change. At least its unlikely that his voice will change too drastically in future appearances.

I love it, imagine a game that plays akin to a fusion of KH & KHII with a few differences and you have it. Not only that but different Keyblades come with different combo movesets.

It is unknown when Kingdom Hearts III will be put into development, especially with the Kingdom Hearts team currently working on Final Fantasy versus XIII for PS3 & Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep for PSP.

Very unlikely. Disney also owns companies like Pixar, which have movies that started after being owned by Disney like Toy Story & The Incredibles. Not to mention that Marvel characters are already proven to exist on the same world, so there could only be one world for them. Just because Marvel was bought by Disney doesn't make characters like Spiderman Disney characters.
 
Well people shouldn't feel discouraged about kh3 because their is suppossed to be a port or spin off of the new ff xlll for psp called ff xlll agito.so i suspect it to be out shortly after bbs.
