The brighter they are, more potent will be the venom.

This is known as Peacock Mantis Shrimp :

They are famous for their "Shockwave Bubble" which they create by punching the water with their appendages. Their punches carry the force that is similar to that of a bullet, and I guess they punch with speed of over 20 m/s.

I pretty much stuck to mainline games only during the DS/3DS era.
I did buy a PMD game for the DS, but never finished it. Got bored with it at some point and never went back :sadwick:
Actually found a PMD title amongst my 3DS games too when I was searching for AS, don't recall ever even playing it :sadwick:

Wow. That sounds like a 'mon's Pokédex description.

The more pictures of deep-sea creatures I look at the more I'm like "I don't ever wanna go there" xD

It would be pretty fun, if we get more Pokémon based on deep sea creatures. There are very less, and I guess most of them are from gen-II, III & IV.

So in similar analogy, the Kanto Muk is nothing but melted ancestor of Shiny Vaporeon ?
🤔 💭

Today I learned this is a thing that exists? That sounds wild, what was it like?

It was great! We mainly read the real Sherlock Holmes stories first and discussed them, and later on read some fan-fiction stories and compared and contrasted. We also watched looked at some works based off of them, including some episodes of Sherlock and the animated kids show Sherlock Holmes In The 22nd Century. There was even an interesting story we read called A Study In Emerald that combined H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos with Sherlock Holmes. One assignment we had was to actually write our own fan-fiction on one of the stories, changing the time to either the future or the past. I really enjoyed that class.

Coincidentally, the first day of class on my own I actually started reading the 4th book in the Welkin Weasels series by Garry Kilworth called Gaslight Geezers, which takes place in a Victorian era-like time in the series, and has one of the main characters heavily based off of Sherlock Holmes.

The brighter they are, more potent will be the venom.

There was some event in Pokemon GO few months, where we were allowed to catch Detective Pikachu.....would have been great if Sherlock Holmes would have announced that with some sort of crossover !!
