Latios Died.

Death in the anime. Not... a common occurrence. In fact, the word was most likely taboo by 4kids standard, maybe. But deaths have occurred, or been discussed. Mostly in movies, some permanent, some are not. Anyway, how do you feel the Pokemon anime handles "death" as a subject?

Well you've gotta remember that that other Pokemon.... the mother of the Cubone... got killed by Team Rocket. Remember? In the first generation? In Lavedner Town? And then it turned into a ghost? :)

Pokemon handles the subject VERY well!

I still wish we had an antagonistic Pokemon death because I grew up with animated films where the villain dies in the end (whether it's by accident or the hero triumphing in victory).
