Learn for awhile, decent power for a mid game move and fun additional effect of making flying pokemon vulnerable to ground moves.

Iron Tail ?

The accuracy is too iffy for me, so forget I think.

Speaking of accuracy, how about aerial ace?

Heat Wave ?

Forget, I use to learn it, but suffered the trauma of a broken streak at the Battle Tower right in front on the Chatelaine due solely to heat wave missing BOTH targets in a double battle. It's an evil move. That 90% sounds pretty good, until you find yourself in that 10% category. Never again!

Phantom Force?

2 turn move so generally a Forget, though might briefly use it till something better comes along.

Cross Poison?

Learn, I always liked this move. It's a nice physical option for quite a few Poison-type Pokémon. And I like how it looks in the anime.

Forget. I don't really rely on one of my Pokemon being asleep.

Judgment ?

Recover?

Rage Fist?

Never actually used it apart from evolving a Primeape.... probably gonna take too long to get good. Forget.

Night Slash ?

Forget. Way too specific for general play, and I don't do competitive.

I've only ever used it on Shedinja to make catching Deoxys in ORAS a joke. Heal Block deals with Deoxys' Recover =3
Shedinja also gets False Swipe and Deoxys can't hit it.... you can just sit there and chuck balls until the heal block wears off and then just put it back up again =P

 

[Delta Crowned Sword]

Decent Physical Dark type attack, although Knock Off is preferred by me, because it has 5 less power but also eliminates the held item. Hence Learn.



Destiny Bond ?

Forget, too much of a pain to use properly.

Rock Slide ?

Forget. I rarely use Rock moves due to not great coverage plus inconsistent accuracy.

Mind Blown?

Too much recoil damage, basically just an Explosion that you potentially can use twice.
