    Forget. Lugia is better off using Dragon Tail for phasing, especially if Stealth Rock has been set up.

    Never get boosts when I use it but the AI goes so nah. Maybe if the boosts had a higher chance of occurring, and it had a higher BP and I could run Serene Grace Dunsparce with it then yes.

    Forget. Low accurate status moves that reduce accuracy are not worth the trouble.
