Even though I'm not from a place with no events, I agree. I live in Texas, and went to an event ONLY IN TEXAS IN ONLY ONE LOCATION! If you ask me, thats not fair. Don't put my name on cause I live in TX, but I'm a supporter.

I live in Belgium, and we don't get to see much of events either.
England gets a few, but on the main European land... well, more specific in this tiny country of mine, we get none. >_<
You have my vote none the less. I want more events all over the world.

The only events I been to were the Mew and manaphy at Toy R Us, so yeah we need more events...

I'm in Ireland, there has never been an event... I don't really mind though, because I have all legit events thanks to wi-fi.

I'm in Georgia, so we have events (I guess...I've never heard of one happening...) but you also have my vote.

Well, you have my vote. Nintendo should open up an office over in Manila! Heck, we get NOTHING AT ALL when it comes to Nintendo. There still is a population of Pokemon fans who still get classic voices for some reason over here. Hopefully, some events may go onto our Cebu shores! Preferably summer. X3

Oh, and count me in! I've also prepared a template for the letter so far.

    DO NOT SHOW OFF EMAIL

To Pokemon USA and Nintendo of America:

I, would like to know if Pokemon Events are going to be held; if ever; in the Philippines. Our Pokemon fans over here are frustrated that they have to go to another country just to get a rare item or Pokemon without ordinary gameplay; and they might not've managed to get it! Sure, I understand Mystery Gift, but will you please hold actual events over here? Don't forget other countries nearby, also don't get their dose of event-only Pokemon. If you can, please contact each other immediately, and hold events over here and with in the other parts of the world.

I don't want "ask your own distributor" replies. If you can't provide events, please provide away for us to be Mystery Gift-ed without any failed attempts, with out that Connection has Failed message! PLEASE!

Oh, and as of Jan 13, here is a list of regions that have fans that need more events or any at all in their respective states/countries as of Jan 13, 2008:

    Texas
    Australia
    Manila
    Belgium
    Ireland

Sincerely, A Fan of the Franchise

At least in Australia, you have a reasonably large Pokemon franchise compared to New Zealand just across the Tasman.

I'm sure they have their reasons for not sending people out to do the events, but it would be a nice gesture to show they cared if they actually did have a couple.

Thankfully, the games actually still make it onto the shelves for starters.
