6th Gen Legendary Pokemon -- Hoopa's doing?

Post-game, we are able to catch many legendaries not actually found in the Hoenn region through Mirage Spots that look like rings that are found in various locations--sometimes in the sky, on certain islands, or in specific locations. Has anyone gone through and caught all the legendaries available to their game yet?

How do you think all these legendaries got here? Is it Hoopa's doing? I like to think of it as Hoopa causing mischief by bringing the legendaries to Hoenn, but I'm not really sure what Hoopa would be doing in Hoenn in the first place. There's no evidence for it I think, but it seems interesting.

I think I caught all or most of the legendaries I could on Alpha Sapphire?

I do think it's possibly Hoopa that brought them all there, due to most of them coming out of dimensional ring portal things. Didn't the Hoopa movie come out sometime around ORAS too?

I've caught all the ones that don't require special pre-requisites. But I do think Hoopa has some role in how they got there. I think the ring these Pomemon are in speaks for itself.

One I've been dying to get is Cresselia. It's a random event iirc and Ive been getting unlucky I guess.
I do think it's hoopa's doing, but what's Hoopa doing in Hoenn?

I've been thinking that too! It definetely looks like it's rings, and Hoopa used similar rings to teleport legendaries in the Clash of Ages movie, including a lot of ORAS legendaries.
