I have never ever heard anyone call them "legos" o.O How odd. "Lego" for me. It would be like saying "I like Pokemons!"

I say Lego... XD

Legos sounds weird to me. "Hey want to play with some Lego?" "Hey want to play with some Legos?"

Eh.. Legos sounds weird. XD

Same. Legos...I have honestly never heard that. And I honestly didn't even consider people would say that! I'm amazed! Haha.

You see children, when you put an 's' at the end of a word, that means there is more than one. If there is no 's,' that usually means it is singular. :/

I didn't know that some people said 'Lego' as plural. Anyways, I've just assumed it was 'Legos.' That is really weird. 0_o

Wikipedia says 'legos' is common in US English.

Adding an "s" to something doesn't always make it plural.

Moose = Mooses?
Goose = Gooses?
Dish = Dishs?
Deer = Deers?
Sheep = Sheeps?

Adding an "s" doesn't always work. Some words are plural, while still remaining in their singular form.

Maybe -just maybe- it's actually supposed to be called Legii.
!!!

Well, in Swedish, it's Lego, NEVER the plural ending in Swedish, "Legosar"?? Heh no. Lego.

Though... lego is like sand or water... can't really say one sand, one water... heh.

Heh.

I'm not quite sure why people find saying "Play with Legos" in anyway accepting, it's probably just me nitpicking on that single needless 's' at the end. That said, I would just say "Lego", it slips off the tongue much easier.

I'm pretty sure it's "Lego" since "Legos" is not in the current dictionary. But some people will always say "Legos," so different strokes for different folks, I guess.

On that note, my Mom said it might be "Legi." (but we all know she was kidding)

Lol, I was just joking.

But I do say dishes, as the plural form of dish. "The dish need cleaning?"

When I here things like "Lets play with Lego!" It either sounds like caveman English |-[ or it sounds like 'Lego' is a person that the children enjoy playing with.

'Have a look at my Lego collection' compared to Look at my lego's collection,
Its better suited as Lego some parts.

I say Lego. o_o I never really thought about it before. I wouldn't really care either way, but Lego sounds better to me.

I recall saying it as "Legos" when I was a child. Now that just sounds silly to me. D:

LAWLZ. This question is attracting quite a bit of attention, XD;
I've personally always called it 'Lego', I think mainly because I've never actually learnt my plurals individually, but decided them on a basis of a few principles, exceptions, and what sounds right 8D To me, 'Lego' sounds right...er? XDD;

WAAAAT!
"I was playing with my Lego yesterday"
"Those Lego are totally cool"

D:

NO!

Legos.

I used to love playing with Legos when I was a kid.
Yeah...when I hear "Lego" I think of either the brand name itself or a single Lego piece. Legos for plural.

me and my bro and my cousin grew up saying legos and a single one is lego. But i really don't know which is right

I used the word Legos.

LET ME PLAY WITH MY LEGOS >_<"
or
LET ME PLAY WITH MY LEGO >_<"

If you shout that out you will see that Legos sound better then Lego
