    Hello, and welcome all to the world of Pokemon! I'm proud to announce that a new region has been discovered. The Lenore Region is located in the North, right above Johto and Kanto, and East of Orre, so there are plenty of pokemon from those regions. However, thanks to much mirgrating over the years, there are a few Sinnoh and Hoenn pokemon that can be found. Aside from the wild pokemon, there are, like most of the other regions, eight gyms. However, unlike most other gyms, these gyms will have pokemon that are at a higher level than its opponents as the Lenore Region, with their harsh and many climates, believe that trainer's must face harsher challeges than those 'baby' leagues.

    There is no 'evil team', but there will be harsh challenges in the odd terrain of this region. Also, beware, for occasionally there may be a normal gang that simply wants a fight or, even worse, pokemon hunters that kill or steal a pokemon for money. Beware, for I can let your pokemon be stolen or killed if I think you aren't trying your best in your posts, so be sure to do well!

    After two weeks of no posting you will be booted, though I will VM you to make sure everything is alright. If you have an excuse, I will postpone your exile, but really, I expect at least one post a week.

    You, the trainer, are about to begin your journey in the Lenore Region in the first town, Shirk City, where you shall recieve your first pokemon from Proffesor Leef. This young man is a kind hearted professor who loves and enjoys setting off young trainers on their journey. In Shirk City, which is located right by a large lake towards the east, right next to the lab, will be where you start. The houses are all made from a hard clay that is found throughout the region to protect the people from the different forces of nature out there, such as rain or snow, so be sure to mention your surroundings.

    Rules:

    1. No 'godmodding' or 'bunnying'.
    2 No Lgendaries showing up, even if your trainer supposedly saw it in the corner of its eye. If Legendaries show, I shall tell you.
    3. As RP Master, I may kick you or give you warnings should I ever see fit and I can change the rules.
    4. Swearing, i don't care about, but I don't want it to be filled since all that happens is this: "*****!!"
    5. Shinies may be caught, but believe me, that would have to be a hell of a post. Also, do not put a pokemon in a situation where it will die unless caught unless the situation calls for it and you wrote it really well.
    6. No romance, please. If so, please keep it minimal.
    7. When you capture a pokemon, trail off when the pokeball hits the pokemon and I will tell you if you have captured it or not. Also, a pokemon may have an egg move through leveling or capture, but that's up to me.

    Name: Maximillion Prefers Max though
    Age: 14
    Gender: Male
    Appearance: Max has short, sandy colored hair that goes to about his jaw line. His hair is always messy which fits him. He has sharp crystal blue eyes and a scar that runs down his right cheek. A cop gave it to him one day. He wears blue goggles and blue fingerless gloves. Followed by a pair of blue baggy shorts, a white long sleeved shirt, a black ski mask sometimes, and brown running shoes. He sometimes wears his ski mask, but only when he wants to be stealthy because it helps to keep part of him sealed off, and because it helps him to breath silently. He also carries around a blue knapsack with only the essentials and all in it. He also wears a necklace with a small blue crown at the end.


    When it is cold, Max prefers to get warmer. He wears a raggedy old red sweater and a red t-shirt underneath. he puts on a blue knit cap, blue mittens, and blue boots. He also wears a pair of blue jeans. UNless a blizzard rolls through, Max still doesn't wear his ski cap. He sometimes wears a ed scarf, but not usually.

    Personality: Max is very stealthy and mischievous. He grew up with nobody caring for him and everyone thinking he was a freak. He lived on the streets almost his entire life, being chased by cops every now and then. He has to steal to survive and is very good at it. He loves to pull pranks on the town's kids because they get all worked up about it and Max gets some attention, even though he knows he'll get in to trouble because of it. He loves Pokemon and will do anything for them…he also wishes he could have a single friend since he has none.

    Max wants to become a Pokemon Trainer because he wants to find out whoever killed his parents, and repay them the 'favor'. He is also hoping to make new friends and to enjoy his adventure with someone or something on this journey. He loves Hot Chocolate and Pizza, but will pretty much eat anything. Even though he lived on the streets he still knows how to talk and write normal.


    History: Max grew up in Pallet Town, Kanto. He had a father, a mother, and an older brother. One night when he was only four he stabbed his mother, father, and brother to death. The worst part about it though, was that he didn't remember any of it. He woke up that morning to find his parents and brother dead and it devastated him and he swore vengeance on whoever killed his family.

    The next two years Max spent in juvy after being convicted and found guilty of three murders. He thought that it wasn't him and just figured they suddenly accused him because he was the only other live person in the house. He hated the place and was constantly beat up everyday. Probably because he was the youngest person in his cell. One day he got so sick and tired of it, he escaped. He escaped and lived in a dark alley because cops were constantly trying to find him.

    The rest of his life Max had to live by stealing the stuff he needed, food, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes, etc. He played pranks on the kids of Pallet only to get attention, even f most of them were stronger and older then him.

    Name: Damian Gunner

    Age: 17

    Gender: Male

    Appearance: Damian stands at 6'1 and has long black hair going down to his shoulders that is usually slicked back and hidden under his black ski cap. He has hazel eyes but he rarely keeps his eyelids completely open giving him a bored or lazier look. He has a medium build meaning his muscles are slightly visible but not more than most and his posture is quote bad, he leans forward quite a bit. When he sits his back is usually slumped. Most of his height is in his legs which makes him look tall even though he has terrible posture.

    Usually Damian will be wearing lighter blue jeans that have only a few natural made tears in them and look a little dirty. In warm weather for a shirt he will wears a very long T-shirt that is black and goes down about halfway between his leg and knee. On the front of the shirt is a Cubone skull and crossbones that appears to be surrounded surrounded by what looks like a circular saw blade that is fading off into the blackness of the shirt. The sleeves are short and looked like they have been torn off exposing his slightly muscular arms to the enviroment.

    In the winter Damian usually wears the same outfit but with a thick black hoodie that has a zipper going up the middle. He wears his black ski cap in the winter or cold weather more often too and it covers the top of his ears. In both seasons he is always wearing the same sneakers which are gray with black in the back and the toes are black and he wears a leather black belt that has metal holes in it going all around. Whenever he gets the chance he will read a book so sometimes while resting you can see him with a book in hand.

    Personality: Damian is a very close observer and is always first to make an inappropriate statement or use sarcasm. His whole life he's always taken the time to analyze anything before taking action making sure to take in as much as he can before doing something. Although his appearance may be that of a underachieving uncaring teenager he is actually constantly focused and usually is fascinated in even the most mundane details of the world. Because of this perspective Damian is sort of a philosopher in his own right.

    Around other people he has no problem expressing his opinions as blunt as they may be and is usually quite (usually overly and obviously) truthful. He treats Pokemon the same way he would treat a person who behaved in the same manner. For example if there was a rude rampaging Pokemon it would end up being treated like a rude person until it showed any sort of change. Damian actually enjoys being around people as much as possible because they fascinate him to no end, one of his favorite things to speculate upon is someones backgrounds or why they behave a certain way.

    Damian is usually thought of as a nuisance to people because of how awkward or rude he can be sometimes without even realizing it. Another reason people usually don't like him is that he is sort of a know it all having facts on almost any random subject and an infinite knowledge of all things useless and odd. People who get by his social awkwardness though can grew to like Damian after noticing his fierce loyalty to the people he feels deserve it. Damian is excited to meet new Pokemon and people on his Pokemon adventure.

    History:     Damians parents are as he puts it, "Total idiots." Ever since he was young they would argue and fight and if he was ever anywhere near them he would become the center of blame for their argument. For this reason alone Damian began detaching himself from people and spent most of his time alone in his room reading of adventures and epic battles, knights saving princesses from dragons and sometimes even a book on the mating rituals of Tauros. As the variety fo the books he read increased in variety so did his intelligence and inquisitiveness grow as well until eventually he began thinking of books that he himself could write. He slowly began etching down ideas in his notebooks writing things varying from epic plays to simple questions like if a rose smells so bad how come everyone things they are so sweet?

    By the time Damian reached 15 he had 7 books filled with questions and quotations and any thought he could pinch out of his own head and was quite happy. But one day his parents were arguing expecially hard about Damian an how antisocial he is, his father said he had problems but his mother said he was just like any other teenage boy. The fight escalated until Damians father grew so angry he burned all of Damians books and notebooks. Damian was devastated, the books were his friends and they were his only connection to the outside world. His mother had had enough of his father crap, after filing for divorce she took Damian and all of her possessions to the Lenore Region where she could start a new life with her son.

    It has been two years since and Damian hasn't even received a letter from his father or any form of communication. His mother is a raging drunk and is constantly yelling and swearing treating Damian like the reason they have to live the way they do. Damian had his mother put in rehab and after deciding there was nothing left for him at home he decided it was about time he head out for the real world and experience the things he had read about first hand. He is going for his first Pokemon today.

    Name: Renka Flameswell

    Gender: Female

    Age: 14

    Personality: Renka is extremely short-tempered. She is also very hot-headed. Rash and reckless, she usually does things without thinking them through first. However, she faces her consequences without a word. She is also very impatient: she hates it when we make her wait. However, because of this, she does not like making others wait for her either. Renka is annoyed easily; in fact, this seems like her usual mood. Aggressive, during an argument, she prefers settling things with a fight rather than talk. She is quick to accuse and slow to forgive. This, combined with her insane strength, makes her one dangerous person.

    Even though she is rough most of the time, even a person like Renka has a soft spot. And that soft spot is: chocolate. Yes, that's right. The deadly, invincible Renka has a sweet tooth for melty brown stuff. The people who know of this tend to always carry one or two bars of chocolate with them, offering them to Renka should this one start to show signs of explosion. Renka immediately quiets down and, to others' great amusement, quickly snatches to bar away, and runs off. She then takes her time enjoying her 'snack', oftenly on the top of a tall tree, mainly so that nobody will disturb her while she is eating.

    Appearance: Though she is a tomboy, Renka does not look like one. She has long, pale orange hair that she ties up in a high ponytail. People say that this is a shame because they find her beautiful with her hair down. Renka retorts that only prissy girls care about their looks, although she admits that she likes taking care of her hair.
    Her eyes are of a reddish brown, a clear copper colour that matches her hair. Renka has fairly smooth and pale skin, and she states that she does not like tans.

    As for clothes, Renka does not imply much. A fire-patterned orange T-shirt and a pair of worn, shredded jeans suffice for her. She is a bit more considerate for her shoes, though. Most of the time, she wears black leathers shoes. Since she detests jewelry, she does not wear any, except for a golden ruby pendant that she keeps hidden in her clothes, a memory of her past.

    History: Renka does not have much of a past. Her family owned the Flameswell Inc., that sold hardware and computer equipment, which was a very large-scale company that was well-known everywhere around the region. As such, Renka and her family lived in luxury, and did not have many problems.

    That was until a lawyer declared that Renka's father had stolen some of the hardware from another company, and Flameswell Inc. was shut down, everybody believing the lawyer. Her father was enraged, and left the house. Her mother has been weak and frail since then, breaking into tears at every mention of her husband's name. Before this incident, Renka had been a nice, easy-going person. But then, she decided that she would toughen up and do whatever she could to bring success back to her family. Her mother could only knit and sell a few clothes for money, and her oldest brother, Kain, worked in an ice cream parlor. They were their only means of money. So, Renka decided to act quickly and chose the only road she could that could bring enough fortune: she became a Pokemon trainer.

    Her goal was to become the Pokemon Champion. If she could do that, she could earn enough money for her family to be called rich again. And even if she couldn't, she was sure she could at least beat some Gyms, as she heard that Gym Badges could be sold for a lot of money. That was what she thought. But then it happened. Her second oldest brother(she has five) decided to leave the house as well. Her mother became heartbroken and soon stopped knitting. Disgusted, Renka left to Shirk City, declaring that she would become the Pokemon Champion.

    Renka crunched into the bar. It felt good, to taste the familiar, sweet, chocolate taste melting in her mouth. She finished the bar in three bites, and immediately wished for more. Sighing, she heaved herself up, and glanced around at her surroundings.

    She was in an old, seemingly abandonned village. The moon was bright; she could see everything very clearly, despite the fact that it was midnight. There were a few patches of yellowing grass growing here and there, as though afraid to clump together. She could see that the houses were very old: their paint was peeling off, there were cracks in the walls and roof, and there was the occasional screwed-off door. Everything was made of wood, even the roofs.

    Renka crossed the street and climbed up the few stairs at the entrance of one of the old houses. Without hesitating, she wrenched the door open, and the smell of rotten wood immediately met her nostrils. Wrinkling her nose, she made her way up the stairs, avoiding large Spinarak webs along the way. Upstairs, she could see two rooms. Banging open the door to one of them, she found herself in a bedroom. Whoever had lived her had obviously been a young girl; the wallpaper, that was also starting to peel off, was white, with great splotches of pink covering it. There was a large bed, big enough for three people, standing in the corner of the room. As she walked towards it, she kicked up clouds of dust.

    No one's been here for ages, she thought.

    Just as this thought crossed her mind, a dark shadow flew past the window. Startled, Renka pressed her nose against the glass. There was a small colony of Zubat, it seemed, nesting in the roof. Snorting with disgust, Renka turned around and started digging in the drawer's contents. The only useful thing she found was a small, pink umbrella. Groaning, she wondered, why pink?

    Name: Beat Ritmo

    Gender: Male

    Age: 16

    Personality: Being a musician of sorts Beat cares deeply about music and claims to be only charmed by "her" sound. He perfers to refer to music as a she and will completely lose his head if anyone mocks music in anyway. When speaking with someone highly regarded in the musically world he will almost litterally drool on them and cater to their every whims. His attitude when speaking with someone about music is very passionate and kind-hearted, however this is not his norm.

    Normally Beat is quite anti-social and "cold". His diction is very cynical and mocking. He thinks he knows everything like a hotshot acts and says things to purposely hurt others, but has a weak spot for music as mentioned above. He tends to use a lot of sarcasm in his speech and walks very casual when doing so giving him a "cool and spicy" personality as told to him by his fans. It's not unusual for people to love that attitude of his and stalk him.

    Name: Thaleia 'Thal' Ryan

    Gender: Female

    Age: 17

    Personality: To say Thal is a character is an understatement. She is as predictable as a tropical storm, and leaves just as much chaos in her wake. Armed with the erratic mind of a lunatic and the capacity to talk for ages without pausing for breath, it is rare for her to be silent whilst in social situations. This often renders her extremely irritating and overbearing, as she is prone to putting her foot where she shouldn't, offending others, and generally giving people the urge to slap her. Her flamboyancy is merely how she was raised, encouraged not to have any inhibitions and to be herself, as well as a trait demonstrated by her father. However, despite being seemingly brash and insensitive herself, Thal is in tune with her emotions and gets hurt just as anyone else would, if not more. She feels that romance and love is something extremely special that should be cherished, and hopes that she can have a relationship similar to that of her parents. A firm believer in loyalty and commitment, Thal has no interest in players or cheaters, and actually finds it extremely hard to trust people in this sense. She would give her life to save that of her lover, and would actually calm down a lot if she were to have a relationship. In essence, part of her outgoing nature is because she feels a need to fill the void of not having someone to take care of and support her.

    The only times Thal is relatively sedate are when she is sleeping, eating, or when she is watching the rain from inside- the phenomenon of water running down a glass panel somehow transfixes her. Otherwise, she enjoys interrupting others' conversations, their business- pretty much their lives. Anger does not affect the female greatly, though she is prone to becoming malicious and spiteful when irked. Her greatest sin is envy, a key factor as to why she fails in the relationship (whether it be platonic or romantic) department, along with her boundless hyperactivity, possessiveness and enthusiasm- the latter two are often mistaken for desperation.

    Thal has a positive outlook on life, despite the fears and insecurities that linger within the crevices of her mind. Never one to let trivial matters get her down, it is extremely difficult for something to wipe the seemingly perpetual smile off of her face. She is a strong believer in the policy that love knows no bounds, and people should be free to be with whomever they choose without persecution.


    Appearance: Thaleia exudes a healthy appearance, in relation to her body composition and the nature in which she presents herself. Standing at 5'3'', the girl's weight roughly equates to 127lbs; rendering her neither extremely slim nor overweight. The puppy fat which plagued her form as a child has slowly undergone metamorphosis during the onset of puberty, gifting Thal with slight, subtle curves- though her body is still not as svelte as perhaps it would be upon her completing adolescence. Her face is round, her features appearing soft but not too delicate, and definitely not without flaws (her mouth is slightly crooked, and her nose is small in proportion to the rest of her). Thaleia's eyes are light blue in colour- though in many lights they adopt tinges of grey which often causes confusion for the flighty girl when she looks at herself in a mirror (at one point in her life, she believed that she could change her own eye colour by willing it). Light brown hair sprouts from her scalp, whilst it is straight, it is also relatively thick. Thal currently has it at a medium length; graduated in the form of layers, with the tapered ends of the shortest falling just past her lips. She often sports an aliceband, or a bandana over it.

    Her general get-up is a mish-mash of the garments she pulls at random from her closet, though Thaleia favours denim shorts combined with babydoll-style tops and a pair of knee high socks- all outrageously contrasting in colour, of course. She also likes scarves, as fashion accessories more than necessities, and has several in varying shades from all dimensions of the colour spectrum. Therefore, a typical Thal summer outfit would be a brightly coloured top, denim shorts, mis-matched socks, an alice band and a scarf, to clash- yet somehow, she is able to carry off the explosion of colour.

    In winter, she adopts a slightly more sensible choice of fashions- sensible meaning that the socks are exchanged for tights, shoes for boots, and the occasional addition of a bright red overcoat. It is during the colder season that she wears dresses, often layering them beneath hoodies. Her general selection of accessories does not change, yet Thal will sometimes opt for a ski cap rather than a bandana.


    History: Thal is the girl whose parents sheltered, mollycoddled and tried to keep her in bubble wrap for her time at home with them, being an only child after several failed attempts at IVF. Being born prematurely was perhaps another contributing factor, but Thaleia had no qualms with the amount of time she spent with her parents, and the fact that they were over protective- she rather enjoyed being treated like a princess. It was evident from an early age that she was a daddy's girl, the male's eccentricity being passed down to his offspring and allocating them something to bond over. As a member of Silph Co.'s creative development team however, he was often away from home, meaning that Thaleia developed the habit of mimicking his quirks and personality in order to fill the void he left upon his travels to Saffron City. Her behaviour became exaggerated as she grew older, such flamboyancies and chaotic outbursts of imagination were never discouraged by her mother, a home maker who believed that children were a gift, and should be allowed to develop as people in their own, unrestrained way.

    Whilst her family were not rich in material wealth, or indeed money, Thal still had a pleasant upbringing, and still today, treasures the memories of home. However, once in her teens, and hearing how other girls her age were becoming accomplished Pokemon trainers, she began to nurture a desire to acquire a Pokemon of her own and set forth to accomplish her dream in a variety of ways (which included leaving out intricate, well-planned traps that almost maimed the mailman). It was not until her father was promoted and the family moved to the new region of Lenore that Thaleia was able to finally leave home (much to her mother's dismay), and begin the journey she had wished for since her thirteenth birthday.

    Name: Navarre

    Gender: Male

     Age: 16

     Personality: Navarre is sort of the moody teenager type. He doesn't talk much and is very anti-social. He treats his Pokemon with care and only acknowledges people who he respects. He can be scornful and say hurtful things at times, but he's a trainer to be respected. Navarre isn't the sort of person who would stick around and listen to people talk. He's very impatient and can act very rudely at times. The only way Navarre would soften up is when he sees his Pokemon(s) hurt. He wouldn't hesitate to abandon a battle to see if they're all right. Navarre has a slight obsession with cake. (Didn't see that coming did ja?) Being an outcast as a kid, he wasn't invited to much Birthday parties, giving him this craving for cake.
    In situations, Navarre is dangerously calm. He will try hard to hide his emotions from his enemies and act quick. When in battle, he might act slightly rash and do things that he might regret later.

    Appearance: Navarre wears a red vest with a long black turtleneck inside. He has ripped, black skinny jeans with black converses. A silver chain dangles from his pocket (chain wallet) and he wears a red watch on his left hand. Navarre also has black fingerless gloves that he wears on both hands. He wears a black belt for all of his pokeballs and also has a small bag attached to it. (I dunno how to explain it...It's like May's okay? x D) Navarre has long, shaggy black hair that reaches to just below his ears and covers his eyes. He has piercing gold eyes and pale skin. No matter how much he stays in the sun, he'll end up becoming sunburned instead of tanning.
    The only jewelry that he wears are silver chains on the right hand wrist. It has a lock on it with a silver skull. Many people have asked why he wears a locked chain on his wrist, but none had suceeded in getting the answer out of him...

     History: Navarre's mother died while giving birth to him. His father was a very violent man, prone to beating his son when he did't get things right. Navarre was an outcast a school. No kids wanted to hang out with him, complaining that his touch was 'as cold as ice'. Finally, he couldn't handle how people treated him. He ran away when his father came home dunk with a woman in his arms. Navarre survived in the forest, seldomventuring out in case the cops caught him and started to quetion him. His hair grew longer and longer, but he never bothered to cut it.
    Many people who saw him claimed to have saw a wild tribesman in the forest. The police finally went to investigate, but Navarre, being only 10, attacked them with his bare hands. He was bound up with rope by the police though and taken into questioning. They were about to send him to an orphanage, but a kind elderly old man spoke up and rented an apartment room to Navarre. The elderly man had past away after 6 years, but Navarre remembers him crystal clear.

    Appearance:
    Sakai stands at about 5'8 and weighs around 126lbs. He has emerald green eyes that most say can make the most malicious men show compassion. His hair is maroon in color and falls down to about ears all around. He keeps the front in short bangs to keep his hair from obstructing his vision. As far as clothing goes Sakai generally wears a pair of slightly faded blue, baggy jeans. He also wears a loose black shirt under an open dark red jacket that falls a few inches above his knees. The jacket was a hand sewn by Sakai's great grandfather in his youth. Dozens of bullet holes can be found at the jackets bottom from countless close calls the war. The jacket also has a black flame pattern which stretches from the bottom of the jacket up to the chest area. The sleeves are elbow length with open cufflinks.

    Sakai also sports several accessories his favorite being his roller blades that he keeps strapped to the outside of his knapsack. The contents on the brown bag include first aid supplies, a space blanket and a sleeping bag. On his right hand he sports a black fingerless glove which stays on because of a silver ring on his middle finger its attached to. Sakai uses his belt to carry pokeballs as it has a special material for keeping them attached without fail.

    Personality:
    Sakai is a rather happy go lucky type of person, who enjoys taking in all the pleasant parts of life. This personality is explained by his life philosophy of living life to the fullest in the here and now. A couple main attributes of Sakai's personality that make who he is are his ambition and kindness. These two traits have been the driving force in moving him through life. With it he has learned to channel most of his negative energy or feelings into things he loves such as roller-blading. His ambition has also translated to anything he does making him a kind of perfectionist. Though he does have rather positive traits they also have a negative effect on him.

    Since Sakai does love to live in the present it often leads him to misjudge situation causing for sometimes rather poor results. An example is the time when he pushed his limits too far and broke his arm trying to perfect a new trick. Additionally he has trouble trusting people due to wanting to keep those around him happy. This type of caring has occasionally lead him to small depression but mostly just make it hard for him to trust other people. Even though he struggles from this issue it does not inhibit him from being a good friend, nor does it take away the fact that he maintains his friendships longer than most people.

    History:
    Sakai was born into a family of three being the youngest and only boy of the bunch. It was somewhat ideal as both of his parents were loving and supportive, as well as both of his sisters who would take care of him in their parent's absence. As a toddler, Sakai's eldest sister Tanya when babysitting him would take him to the skate park where her and her team mates would take turns watching him. Over the years this lead to Sakai's interest in the aggressive inline skating.

    At age 6 Sakai's father bought him his first park of roller blades. Within weeks Sakai learned to find his balance and could skate without falling too often. Though he didn't go to the skate park with his sister as often as he had, he began to make friends at school because of his new found talent. Soon to him making friends was rather simple and he became acquainted with everyone he could. To him those who didn't want to befriend him didn't bother him much and he simply ignored those kids

    At age 8 Sakai's parents got divorced due to his father's recently developed drug habit. Now with his father gone each of his sisters started to develop rather troublesome habits. Tanya stopped skating and began to act out in school as well as getting in trouble around the community. On top of this the Tina who was always the brightest of the three started to fail most of her classes. With only his mother to help his sisters Sakai began to feel it would be best if he didn't give his mother anything else to worry about, so instead he began to keep his feelings to himself.

    As the years past Sakai's family seemed to be becoming worse. His eldest sister who used to get in trouble for minor stuff was now robbing people and getting into pointless fights. Tina started to drink to forget her problems and his mother seemed to have given up dealing with them. For Sakai skating was now his new safe haven. He spent hours every day after school and on weekends practicing new tricks and learning to control higher speeds. Upon turning 14 Sakai was entering high school and could also join the Sky Knights the inline skate team his sister belonged to. When he did he found himself immersed in a world where the skill level was far above what he had expected. What interested him most was that the skaters would also battle pokemon. He had never given the creatures much thought as he was always busy with himself but the new prospect seemed intriguing. After serious skate sessions Sakai often found himself watching the others battle and longed for one of his own.

    A year has passed and things in his family are starting to settle. Since Tanya finished high school she moved away from them to Goldenrod in Johto. Tina though still having trouble coping with her father being a drug abuser still struggles somewhat in school. Sakai's mother now fears that Sakai may turn out like his eldest sister as he spends all of his summer practicing skating from morning to dark. Sakai feeling that he truly has no one to turn to, finds himself skating around town hoping to find a new adventure. One day it crosses his mind that he would take advantage of pokemon and leave home on his journey. That night he spoke to his mother and within a few days began his pokemon journey.

    Personality : Talkative , confident , cynic , egoistic , materialist , quite selfish , rude in gentle way [ conect with being cynic ] , lazy , can manipulate people in tense situations , leader type . Sometimes she s vain - like saying I can do anything . Brave from time to time but usualy neutral . Joenane can persuade but also can be easily persuaded - that means naïve and believe in anything . Girl is an ringleader type , I mean quickly motivate anyone . Hobbies are runing and lounging around . Being intimidating match Joenane personality . In bad times can cheeeeer everyone UP so they start to being effective . Although Joenane isnt polite or something tho has many friends therefore style , being cool and ability to do good there where no one have no more hope .

    Appearance : Joenane has : short blue hairs , brownish { chocolate } skin , light azure eyes and wide pink lips . Ane [ Shortcut ] wears yellow short nylon jacket , bright light blue top , comfy blue and pink trousers , many expensive rings , beautiful sapphire earings and [ not so comfy ] high heeled stylish shoes . Joenane is also fit and look good . During winter or anything like that Joenane wears short but thick red jacket , celadon simple hat , big baggy indigo jeans and enormous boots that reach knees . This outfit do not look so good on Joenane but no one is enough brave to say that .

    History : Joenane was born in Kanto . That girl had to become an adult really fast because Joenanes parents were traveling a lot . Their daughter had to stay alone in home or with boring nanies so when Joenane hit 18 decided to leave hometown real quick and move to Lenore . That how she ended working as at first merchant then as a help asistant for many Pokémon Centers . Joenane worked also in Pokémon Lab but now as final job became PokéContest organizator . Joenanes job was to start young PokéCoordinators careers but never own . Joenane worked in many places and gain good experience so obviously unawarely became some sort of breeder . Now Joenane took long break from work and began own own and once more own Pokémon Journey - Contest seemed to " pinky " therefore that beginer choosed League path and wishes to win whole Lenore Championship and become Master battler in entire region .

    Xiaa was lying on the beach . ' - Oh gosh ! It really feels good . - ' Xia said to herself during relaxing sunbath that took already half a day . ' - I could just lay here all my life and do nothing - ' whispered again . Sun was shining really bright but girl was not feeling the heat because of pleasant waves that were coming cooling Xiaa and return back to ocean . Tall palmas were giving many shade so it was just fine - not too hot - just fine . This little paradise oddly ended . Everything had gone so quiet . Even waves were not making any sound . For Xiaa it seemed like someone is watching . The feeling of waves wasnt pleasant anymore - it was strange . Xiaa sat on dry sand closer to tropico jungle . Something in celadon bush was hiding and observing pray getting freak . Fear was taking over . Girl looked back into palms . No motion was noticeable anywhere . It felt like time has stopped . Xiaa started to slowly walk back home in other side of island but even tho getting closer to habbitats it still felt wrong . . . and then -
    Woman got hit with sand , a lot of sand . Xiaa in one moment got completely blind with mud in eyes . Then shout - girl was entirely scared , started to shout and run - no matter that nowhere with eyes full of dirt . Now Xiaa felt something on body grabbing it . Girl fall and got hit with wave of odd energy ' - Night Shade - ' that all that women was able to say . Last thing girl saw before blackout was pair of gem like eyes and tiny purple body .

    So - thats it . Bunch of Sableyes kiddnapped Xiaa on tropic island - thats not too smart but it was first thing that has appeard on my mind . Anyway am I in or not ?

    Milea: At the moment, you are denied. For appearences, you simply listed characteristics. I want you to describe them to me in a setting, not to mention you need 2-3 paragraphs for it. For your history, its really all over the place, and I really find it hard to believe a young child did all this before she reached the age of 18, simply because those type of responsibilites should fall in the hands of an adult. However, as it is an RP and not a fanfic (though pretty close), its alright for now, however, I do hope you add this into you RP posts. As for your sample, I understand that your English is not your strong point, but that does not mean its an excuse. There are many grammatical problems, not to mention its rather short. In real posts, they do need to be long. So, fix everything up and we shall see.

    Alright everyone! This is the first post! You are in Shirk City where you shall go to the giant white lab that seems to be made out of a type of muddy cement that most houses are used in this region. It is located on the side of a very large lake where, if you look closely, you can see a very large building that is in fact the 8th badge. You can feel your heart flutter, thinking that someday you will be across that lake, getting your last badge, but first, you need to get your first pokemon.

    So go inside, talk to Professor Leef. There can be other trainers there or you are alone, it doesn't matter. With a warm smile that makes the large brown hippy-like beard on his fae twitch, and a nice little chat about responsibilities, you are on your way out. Just head East and you'll hit the end of the city. Looking up North, you'll see a very long green path that seeminglingly goes on forever. The flowers are in bloom and the grass is such a bright green that it almost hurts your eyes.

    End the post as you take your first step in the directions of Route 1, but be sure to describe your feelings and the description of what you see!​

    "I've finally made it!" were the first words muttered from a maroon haired boy panting from exhaustion. It had been a long journey but the green eyed boy Sakai had finally reached his destination, Shirk City. It was a decent sized town, no nearly the size of Fusia City where he was from. All of that aside, Sakai was very excited to be here. Walking through the town his face lit up as he looked at the architecture of the houses. Each of them seemed to be made of a clay like cement. He had never seen anything like it in Kanto, most houses and buildings there were made from brick or wood. The best explanation that could come to mind would possibly be for the weather. Continuing his stroll Sakai approached a giant white building overlooking a large crystal clear lake. In the water you could see the reflection of the building further reminding you of how much it towered over the others in the town. Following the reflection further another building caught Sakai's eye. It was a gym, what number gym he didn't know but just thinking about it lit a fire in his chest. Without another thought Sakai rushed through the doors of the building into the lab.

    "Slow down buddy, don't want to hurt anyone do ya?" asked a rather warm voice from behind the door. "You're not from around here, I can tell by your clothes. Most people here dress for the outrageous weather. If you would give me a sec to finish fixing this light bulb I'll be right with you." The bearded man continued fiddling around on his stool screwing in a light bulb into its candle lie fixture. Taking this opportunity Sakai took in the entire lab he could. Considering what he knew of labs this looked nothing like it. At least this floor looked rather homey. The entry room looked more like a large living room. There were brown couches that parted the walk way and made an enclosure for reading. There were tons of books on shelves all obviously pokemon related. Before Sakai could finish surveying the room he heard the man call to him. "Hey, follow me; it's time for you to get started. First off it was rude of me not to properly introduce myself I'm Professor Leef. Nice to meet you." Said the professor smiling, his hand held out about waist height. "Hi, I'm Sakai from Fusia City." Sakai responded shaking the professor's hand quite wearily. His smile was quite funny to look at. When he did his beard would lift an inch or two from the ground, reminding Sakai of his father before he left. "Alright, then Sakai I'll be happy to help you start your adventure follow me." With that the Professor turned and led Sakai toward the rear of the building. "If you're wondering why my lab looks like this it's because I liked to stay relaxed while I work. I have more equipment for more serious research on the floors above us." Just from passing through the rooms Sakai could tell he was serious about this. There was nothing on this floor that showed he was a scientist at all other than all of the books. It was weird; this guy was a lot different than what he heard about Professor Oak. "Here we are" exclaimed the professors his white lab coat fluttering from his rather abrupt stop. Sakai before we enter this room I have to give you my 2 cents about pokemon. I'm sure you already have some ideas about the uses and functions pokemon have. The few things I need you two remember are that pokemon are just like us; they have feelings and limits. It's up to you as a new trainer to cater to your Pokémon's needs. Also you need to treat them with respect and they shall do the same for you."

    These words hit home for Sakai. It was as though the professor had peered through his soul. Sakai remembered how his father had treated everyone before he left, like they were sub human. He never wanted to do anything for that man ever after that. He also knew he was one to try and force himself to be better by ignoring his limits. After another moment's reflection Sakai looked up to Professor Leef, his eyes burning with Desire. "Professor I completely understand. I promise to you and to myself that I will never misuse my pokemon and remember to respect it and its limits!" exclaimed the excited Red head, as several small beads of sweat trickled down his forehead. "Ha-ha, I see you're rather passionate about this. Well that's a good sign. In the room behind me you will find a number of pokeballs. Each of them contains a unique pokemon each of them very rare, as they are shiny. You are free to open each of them to see what you are getting, but make sure to return them to their balls before opening another. After you have picked one come back out and I should have one more gift for you." The Brown haired man then opened the glass doors to the final room on the floor. As Sakai passed the Professor into the room he noticed yet another small smile on the man's face. After the doors closed the lights in the room came on two at a time illuminating it from the ceiling. The room was quite different than the rest of them on that floor. The walls here were a plain gray and the tiles on the floor were metallic. In front of him however was a plain white wall. On it were several glass shelves with multiple pokeballs on them. Not thinking twice Sakai picked the third ball from the right on the third row. He figured since he was the third child it only made sense to pick, that as well as three was his favorite number. Holding the pokeball in his gloved hand Sakai walked out of the room.
    "You all set there buddy?" asked the professor his dimples showing from his smile yet again. "As promised here, is your pokedex. It will give you information on any pokemon that you encounter as well as many other things. Those functions however I will leave you to find out for yourself. I know you haven't spoken much while you've been here but I have one last thing to tell you. If you ever use that pokemon for anything that most would consider criminal then I will never forgive myself for giving it to you." It was strange that last sentence struck I type of fear in Sakai. Up until now this man was very hospitable and kind, as if he could never be serious. But just then he had shown that he truly loves these creatures with every ounce of his being. Anyway the first gym should not be too hard to find, simply head north and sooner or later you'll hit the next town. Do I a favor though, enjoy the weather it's such a lovely day out, and the day is young. If you have any questions you can contact me by phone, you can find my number along your journey……somewhere. Anyway have a good journey." Without even saying good bye to the professor Sakai left the lab. It was weird; this wasn't like him at all. Normally Sakai was good with conversation. It was probably that so many things were happening at once he couldn't deal with it. He didn't even know what pokemon was in the dual colored ball he was holding. Lost in thought Sakai walked blindly toward the path that would lead him on his journey. He didn't know what to expect as far as the hardships ahead. He was sure that not everyone he ran into would be as hospitable as the man he just encountered. Diverting his attention from his thoughts Sakai looked at the road ahead of him. I was beautiful filled with a medley flowers and bright green grass. Thinking it would be a good time for a break Sakai found a large rock, placed his bag down and sat back taking in the nature around him
     
    Damian had walked out of the shower and beads of water dripped off the tips of his long hair padding the ground in moisture. If he had done his math right then today was his last day with running water considering he had stopped paying bills a while ago. He threw on his jeans and his belt and walked through his clay home slouching forward slightly. He yawned as he took the clothing and books off of his bed and began placing each of them in his bag in a very compulsive way making sure everything was organized. He grabbed a shirt he had left on his bed and pulled it down over his head covering up his chest. He tightened his belt and threw on his ski hat and in one fluid motion he threw his bag over his shoulder and slipped forward outside into the sunlight.

    As Damian walked out into the sunlight he was temporarily blinded but as his eyes adjusted he looked around to see the beautiful landscape around him. The tall thin grass blew in the breeze and the water rippled with life. He glared at the gym across the water and realized that would be one of the most difficult challenges he would have to overcome. He turned his head to a building atop of a tall hill that although looked similar to all the buildings around it, held the first step to the rest of his journey.

    Damians heart was pounding out of his chest as he approached the doorway to the laboratory. He walked in and strode over to the professor sitting in his chair in the corner. He cleared his throat in order to get the professors attention and then simply said, "Hi." The professor turned his head and after realizing who it was stood up and smiled broadly. He grabbed Damian's arm shacking it violently up and down and said, " Well, you must be one of those new trainers I'm giving a Pokemon today, you can call me Prof. Leef, what's your name?" Damian stared at the man who continued shaking his hand and awaiting his answer.

    "My name's Damian sir, can I have my Pokemon now?" The man laughed and dropped Damian's hand,"Oh yes, sorry, sorry, I'm just so excited, this is the first time I've done this you know?" Damian smiled and nodded uncaring. The brown bearded man ran over to the balls in the corner and picked one ball specifically. "You see, I made sure all the starters were bug types so one trainer wouldn't have the advantage over any other." The man explained his highly flawed logic. " Here we go," He said, "I think you will really like this one, I know I do!" He dropped the ball into Damian's palm along with five other balls and a pokedex.

    "So I'm guessing you know what I expect, don't steal, don't kill, don't die.... Pretty much anything you wouldn't do in front of your grandmother...Don't do any of that... And huh.. Oh yeah, have fun!" The bearded professor sat back down in his chair and began filing through papers once more. Damian stalled for a minute not exactly sure if that was everything but the man seemed to have gone back to his work. "Thank you very much Prof. Leef.." Damian said aloud and received a response in the form of a simple grunt and a wave.

    Damian walked outside and tossed the pokeball up in the air releasing his new partner and getting his first look. What was revealed was a dragonfly-like Pokemon that was blue with green eyes. He lifted up his newly acquired pokedex and aimed it at the Pokemon.

    Its eyes can see 360 degrees without moving its head. It won't miss prey--even those behind it.

    The blue Dragon fly buzzed happily and zoomed around Damian's head making a rapid nosedive towards the ground and then pulling up and looking at Damian straight in the face. "Hey there partner, let's get going." Damian and his newly obtained Pokemon strolled towards the heavily flowered plain that was the exit to his hometown. Damian pulled out his notebook and a pen and in a beautiful rolling handwriting wrote; How strange that nature does not knock, and yet does not intrude!
