Finished the main game, beat the elite four and became champion once again! Tis a good feeling, friends. Throughout the whole game, no matter how much I messed with my team or found new monsters. There was always one pokemon I had with me, my bro. He became the most powerful thing on my team, currently level 80. I met him on very early in the game, he was a Pikachu at the time. Once he touched that Thunderstone I might as well of changed his Nickname from Watts to Wrecking Ball. There was no stopping him.

    Awesome Raichu "Watts" Accomplishments
-Final blowl on the champions last pokemon. (No full restore for you! That Speed!)
-Won me a lotto prize, that glorious little dude! (Moomoo Milk! Delicious!)
-Kicks all the arse and still looks cute as a button!
-Was a front for me team in every gym battle!
    -Eats lesser pokemon for breakfast!

So, Trainers. Who is your Bro? I know you all have one! I didn't expect it to be a Raichu, I had honestly planned on switching it later for another electric type. Things just happened this way. Also here's some tips I've picked up on my way through the game. Take the advice should you want it

-Always carry a lot of quick balls! These things even on level 50+ Pokemon are an instant catch on most everything. I don't even fight anymore to weaken, just throw a quick ball! I've had one break so far against a lv 38, it was a fluke as I caught the same pokemon the next time I saw it with a Quick ball on turn one.

-Timer Balls for horde captures! When the swarm comes a knockin' just use a move that hits a single pokemon till there's one left, by that time enough turns should have passed and the Timer Ball will capture with ease.

-ALL THE MONEY! Amulet Coin + Prize Money O-Power. Finding some of the gear or clothing items to be expensive? Don't worry just make them paper stacks with that little combo and you'll be swimming in the cash like Scrooge McDuck in no time

-Zoroark fans! I just captured one in Pokemon Village, only one I've come across though. So he is able to be captured in the game for those that didn't know. I'm on version X by the way. (Well, seeing them in the forest too, I guess it's not as much of a rare find as I thought. Oh well, sorry to waste your time lol.)

So in short, folks. Who is your bro in X & Y.

Also, feel free to PM me to exchange friend codes for the Friend Safari. I need all I can get!

I didn't think I'd fall in love with my Blaziken as much as I did!! He may be OP but with Super Training it is near impossible to beat him!!

Charizard!! I knew it would be my pick from the beginning but once I evolved her and got access to Mega Evolution she is destruction. FEMALE, Timid Charizard. Once you go Mega her water weakness is less and her STAB attacks are stupidly powerful. How I love marching through a game with my throwback Gen 1 team members. So happy. :)

Slurpuff, It's basically a mini Snorlax with the HP O.o

I use Lucario for my main pokemon with mega stone. best attack is

copycat = best for copy power attack from emeny
aura sphere = best 1 ko
force palm = for stun the emeny
close combat = fast finish move

Only problem is that it's going to be walled by Ghosts, unless you have good prediction with Copycat.

Anyway, Frogadier is currently my MVP, even though it recently evolved from Froakie. After several soft-resets, the RNG landed on Timid with (hopefully) good Special Attack and Speed IVs. I even used Super Training to EV train Froakie/Frogadier in Special Attack and Speed.

Azumarill with the huge power ability.
Total bro, even though it's a female.
Caught her as a mere azurill really early on.
She went into beast mode come E4 and the Champ.
The new fairy typing does her wonders.

I like all the pokemon on my team at the moment. But Honedge is just the main pokemon. It is most definitely the death of fighting types when it knows Aerial Ace. It was the only pokemon I used in the 3rd gym. It has also made Lucario and Hawlucha do nothing but Hone Claws and Metal Sound.

It got beat a lot early on, but right now it is my favorite of my team.

Charizard just like when the red game came out was my bro,
while i tried to keep my team balanced Charizard just couldn't be stopped from standing out. Even without his mega evolution he single handedly destroyed team flare's attempts to thwart me!

I absolutely love my Blastoise. :) Whenever it transforms into its mega form, it gets a major boost in its defensive stats, allowing it to last countless amount of hits. I was battling with it online once, and it was able to endure three to four Thunderbolts in a row—a move that this Pokémon is super-effective to. Mega Blastoise has a decent Special Attack as well, and with its Mega Launcher ability, it gets its power increased significantly whenever it uses aura and pulse moves (which are usually special-based), such as Water Pulse, Aurora Beam, Dark Pulse, and Aura Sphere.

I'm a big fan of my Espeon as well. My friend had given this Pokémon to me yesterday, but I'm not exactly sure how she's gotten a hold of it though (didn't really bother to ask her, either). This Pokémon has the Magic Bounce ability, which enables it to reflect any non-damaging move that the opponents throw at it (Taunt, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Stealth Rock would be some great examples). This ability can be very useful when you're battling competitively. Espeon already has great Speed stat, but I've still EV trained it a bit so that it can take better advantage of it. This Pokémon currently has Psyshock, Grass Knot, Signal Beam, and Protect in its moveset—all of which are extremely helpful if you're planning to use it offensively. Espeon is also pretty cute, which is a plus!

I have to say, after getting to know each of my Party members fairly well, im in love with all of them, from my Greininja to my Doublade. But my bro in this game turns out to be the one i had the lowest expectations about in the very beginng, my Toxicroac. He started of as a fairly weak Croagunk, with almost no defense As he gained levels, he started to grow on me, and when he hit Lv37 and became Toxicroac, everything changed. His attack stat Skyrocketed, and with Power-Up Punch and Poison Job, there is no stopping him now!! I like to call him Fairykiller, those things stand No chance! So, in the end it was well worth it sticking with Croagunk (:

Also, thanks for the Zoroark info!

Hmm mine is Modest, his special attack and speed are really good, but I kinda regret not raising a physical one, since his Physical movepool is really good.

Anyway, Gogoat is pretty much my number one man, ehh... lady. Armed with Bulk Up, Seed Bomb, Return and Bulldoze, she plows through nearly everything!

Oddly enough, my ''bro'' is my buddy Sparx.
A Raichu. Who was a Pikachu.
    So far, he's:
Delivered the Final Blow to all 3 gyms (I'm not far)
    He's a Dad. :I (Sprax. Jr, a Pichu)
    Strongest in my team.
    Always my signature Pokémon

    Pangoro

Caught him as Pancham early in the game and he owned every gym since then. I am now Super Training him before I go to the Elite 4.

My Pikachu, Peekie, gets the most Aimee attention, but for raw power it's my Furfrou Fraulie, and my Absol Solabby. Nothing those two can't handle, nothing. I have not even done much super training.

It has got to be Slurpuff for me.
    She's so adorably cute!
And and and. Chubby. And and and~

Oh gods this is hard my team has been amazing almost from the start, which is why they're on my team. But I have to say if there is one Pokemon I wasn't sure of but has became such a powerhouse on my team it would have to be my Vivillon, Silena.

I caught her from nearly the beginning and she's been around ever since. For a beginning game bug Pokemon of all things she has wrecked things when I've used her. She's also my only Pokemon who can fly so she pretty much takes on all the flying battles. By herself. She's awesome and I'm glad I stuck with her! Quiver Dance + Hurricane w/Compound Eyes is so beastly I can't even. Even without the Quiver Dance she is such a beast like legit.

My bro is definetly Gengar. Got him after the 5th badge I believe.
He sweeped 3/4 of the E4 and then proceeded to sweep the Champion. Now he's my first level 100 ever. I never go into intense battles without him.
