Well, constantly being in a bad mood cuts your lifespan short by a couple years, so if you don't want to live too long, but you're also too afraid of commiting suicide or do something similar, that might be the best option. (not that I'd recomment doing something like this)I've been thinking what really is the point of being in a bad mood, it doesn't change anything really?
I'm mostly quiet and self-inconfident, especially when family is around. When they're not around and I start talking I'm either cynical and self-inconfident, or my mood brightens up a little bit, when I'm talking to someone whom I like talking to. But in any case, there's not much emotion to be seen from my side.
