So, a recent conversation today gave me this spontaneous idea to invade your lives and ask you about taking showers. So, please do tell!

Around... 6 to 7 minutes. I really like being clean..

Usually once a day. Sometimes every other day. It depends.

About 20 minutes.

I do my best thinking in there, as it's the only place where I can really be alone. Which is why I hate being rushed in there.

I prefer showers, I haven't taken a bath in ages.

I usually take a shower everyday from Sunday night to Thursday night. (I shower at nights so I have more time in the morning to get ready.) When I shower on the weekend is really up in the air. If I'm not doing anything on Friday I'll usually skip and shower on Saturday or if I'm doing something Friday and not Saturday then I'll skip a shower on Saturday and just shower on Sunday. So my schedule is I shower everyday before school at nights and then the weekend depends on what I'm doing.

› How long does it take you in the shower?
15 - 20 minutes. A good chunk of those minutes is just me sitting under the water relaxing. Then the other huge chunk definitely goes to my hair. It's pretty long so it takes a while to shampoo and condition it. Everything else gets done pretty quickly.

I usually think about all sorts of things while I shower. There's a little half window right in the shower that I like to write on with my fingers after it steams up. :D

I like a shower so much better then a bath. Baths are long and drawn out and I don't actually feel relaxed like I do when I'm showering.

I shower every other day if I have nowhere to be and once a day if I have somewhere to be (i.e. school, work, with friends, etc.). When I shower every day, my skin dries out, and when I shower every other day, my hair gets oily. So it's like a neverending battle with my body. :U

How long does it take you in the shower?
An hour, sometimes less if I'm gonna be late for something or if I'm away from home.

I think to myself a lot, which probably accounts for half of the hour. xD It's just too relaxing not to let your mind wander. When I get my own place I wanna get one of those waterproof radios/MP3 docks for the shower, which should extend my shower time by at least half. /shot

Shower. We don't have a bathtub here so I haven't had a bath since I was pretty young. Also yeah, what EmeraldSerenade said. Baths are pretty gross. :<

Every Day sometimes twice (When it's summer) because I just can't do anything without taking a bath in the morning (It wakes me up) In the summer I take a bath cause I'm out a lot and it feels a lot better after being in the sun for so long

Haha I have to admit I am a Shower Singer - but only when my parents are out of the house XD Other than that it's usually just standing there letting the water hit me

Showers because when I have a bath I'm forced to put this stuff in the Tub to help cure my allergies (Eczema) :/

Depends. Generally, I like to just sit in there until we're out of hot water (40 mins tops). It's just some time to do absolutely nothing and think to myself. I could be in and out in 5 though.

I prefer to shower. If you fill up the tub, the water is just as dirty as you were before you got in, so it's kind of pointless.

On average, I shower at least once a day, hey it may sound lazy of me, but I don't like going in the shower over again, as for the whole week itself probably about five to six times on average, usually on the weekends I don't care about showering to be honest.

Surprisingly I waste so much time in the shower, with an average time of 40 to 60 minutes, It's definitely a waste of water as well, but I just like sitting in the hot water running for a while, maybe just to make me wake up and feel fresh, while doing so I think of hoping the day goes good and whatnot. (Shower mostly in the mornings for your info)

I like to randomly talk out about stuff it's so silly like blurt everything out I want to get out, and then there comes the ridiculous singing with my voice, I'm actually a really big goof in the shower, I also have to worry about my hair (procrastinating me), I wash it twice so it doesn't look ugly or greasy, yes; indeed my hair is shiny everyday.

I always prefer a shower over a bath sitting in your own filth is gross as other's will say, plus it feels awkward sitting in the tub.

Twice a day normally, in the morning and in the evening. Sometimes I get distracted and end up forgetting to take the second one, but I couldn't go without my morning shower. I just don't feel ready otherwise.

I try to make it as quick as I can, really. Excluding the amount of time water takes to heat up, I'd say normally 5-10 minutes.

I "shower" once a day. Here in our place, shower are just like baths and baths are cleaning yourself and not sitting in the bath tub and floating in your own dirt.

It takes me about 5 minutes. I want to make sure I'm really clean before I get out of the bathroom.

In my point of view, its just the same thing. Taking a bath here in our place is cleaning yourself, and not sitting in your bath tub, floating in your own dirt. So if I were to took literally what you guys said about "I haven't taken a bath for a while"; it would mean you haven't cleansed yourself for a while. o.o

I dunno... about 7-8 min. at the least. Probably about 13-15 min. at the most.

I just... wash my hair and body. Lol. Sometimes I think about other things such as school, stories, PC, etc. ...But not really.

I take a shower every day, if i don't i feel really greasy and i can't function properly. seriously, imagine if you had unburn all over you body and you end up walking/sitting/standing funny cos you dont want your body parts to touch. Im like that cos i know my hands/face are clean but the rest isn't. which confuses me as to why i have such bad achne >.<

About 10-15 minutes on average but when i don't have to be anywhere (like college) i can take about half an hour. but when people arn't in i can take a hell of a lot more XD only yesterday i was in there for an hour X]

I tend to wash ¬.¬ but most of it is spent sat on the floor day dreaming XD (i have a walk in shower btw, i don't just sit next to the sink instead of being under the water XD) and i used to sing a bit when i had a radio in there (and when no one was home :P) but now somebody decided to snap the attenia thingy off "/

i actually really like baths, i'd shower first but ya know, i used to just sit there and relax in the hot water and keep topping it up with hot water every now and again. But now i'm to tall so like my entire torso sticks out and so do my knees so they just get cold and ruin the whole experience ¬.¬

Once or twice a day. Depending on how I'm feeling at the end of the day i usually only have one.

On a week day about 10 -15 minutes but on the weekend about 25 - 30 Minutes minimum.

Just stand there enjoying the hot water? Never really thought about it.
