LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transexual) anyone?

Okay, and....what?

Being gay is like being human or christian: there are many lifestyles.

And apparently gay was a bit weird for my taste(well, I don't like many things to begin with). And I didn't want to be the odd one out again, so no gay for me.

Ugh, I hate talking about my past. That was 2 years ago.

Anyway, I think NA left.

No, I was gay for a while. I was curious, but then I decided that I liked being straight.
You flipflopped your position and opinions on this so many times. The reason it's so hard for you to express your opinion is because you don't have one that's stable enough to express, unless you're hiding it because you're ashamed of it. It's completely understandable that that may be the case because for most people, such as myself, sexuality on it's own is such a complicated aspect in life to understand. For me, however, I don't consider sexuality at all important. My view on life and relationships is whoever I fall in love with, I fall in love with. Regardless of the gender. Seeing as how I've only had feelings for one person, who's a girl, I identify myself as straight until something comes along to change that.

You being gay for a while and then randomly deciding that you liked being straight more makes absolutely no sense. You need to learn more about yourself and about life before you can speak like that, because judging from your posts here, you don't know who you are. That's very transparent and perfectly acceptable and reasonable for someone your age.

You're pulling beliefs out of nowhere, basically, just to go along with what people are saying.

You where curious, not gay. You came to the conclusion you wheren't actually gay and resumed being straight. That's not tantamount to choosing not to be gay, that's like saying (going back to the food metaphor) "Do I like chicken or fish?", then eating both and finding out you prefer fish.

Edit: Then of course there's always the possibility you are living in denial but that's apples and oranges.

Didn't you see my post five secends ago. XD It's called dinner. Another animal instinct to eat. Also I don't care how un popular my view point is on this forum. In real life I am in the majority. :)

funny how you guys are always complaining about being discriminated. Hello, you guys are discriminating against straights. you think I am ignorant just because I don't agree with you.
only one person has discriminated against straight people in this thread and we all made it very clear that its just stupid to do so.

where are the masses of people in the streets saying discriminating gay people is stupid? oh wait, no where.

If that makes you feel better to say that, go for it. I've been in your same exact situation where I was confused. Adolescence is the time in someone's life where things are so confusing. It's where you truly start to figure out who you are, and you're obviously having a hard time. Reread my post, yet again, and then tell me that. I'm open minded, but not enough to believe that you're "out of your transparent days" considering the fact that you have no idea what I mean by you being transparent. You don't decide who you are. You find out who you are through experiences in life and through other people.

We're not discriminating against straight people, if anything we're discriminating against ignorent people we don't agree with, but even then it's hardly discrimination we're just trying to argue a point.

Because no one in there right mind randomly goes out side and shots out random things. :P

And since WHEN did being in the majority mean your opinion means more than ours? You don't understand, which is why your 'viewpoint' is different.
You thinking that your views are more important thank ours is discrimination by the way ¬_¬

Yeah, I'll bet you are. Try not to sound like an idiot this time....

That's it, I can't take it anymore.

So I wasn't gay? Okay, let me rephrase that: I studied, watched, asked people about homosexuality. Found out some stuff(I forgot most, I tend to forget things I don't like. Brain issues), did the same for heterosexuality. Decided I wanted to be straight, end of story. I said I wouldn't tell my past, but whatever, if it's something like that you want to know than so be it.

No one answered my question yet. Oh well.

NA, you're conceited.

thats not discriminating you because youre straight. thats disciminating against you because youre stupid. theres a difference.

Fox tried this strawman approach already. I think we all agreed he was trolling and this thread doesn't need that. So kindly stop ♥

I never said being in the majority means your point is more valid. There where just some posters flaunting around thinking that since everyone agrees with them, they must be right.

Sexual preference is not a choice, although people can choose to pretend to live that life. For instance, there many gay people out in the world that live a heterosexual lifestyle out of fear or wanting to be accepted by society.

Now, let me ask those who believe that it is an actual choice. Why would a straight person choose to be gay in a society where homosexuality is seen as something out of the norm or something to be intolerable? Many countries ban homosexual acts which are punishable by law, unions/marriages, adoptions, serving in the military, laws against discrimination, gender identity, and expression.

If you had a choice of being loved or hated the obvious choice would be loved, and yet there are people still brave enough to say I'm gay/lesbian/bisexual/trangender in those countries while facing discrimination. You can make a choice if you want to, but why risk everything just to say who you really are?
