Sadly, that statement is not logic, it's opinion.

If you can't accept that everybody thinks differently and have different preferences, it's probably time to start growing up. I merely stated my opinion, that's no reason to attack me. I admit that my wording in that post was a bit off, but that doesn't justify anything.
 
Light clearly wins for the fact that he never shows remorse or feels bad for anything he does. He kill's without caring. While Lelouch does it some to, but he turns out to be a wonderful human being in the end. So Light definitely wins this :3.
 
Having watched Death Note before Code Geass, I did notice the similarities between the battles of intellect. But in saying that, I definitely enjoyed Code Geass a lot more than Death Note. I didn't really like Light that much, especially in all the stuff after L dies (which I also felt that the show began to die down. Maybe I'm just a bit more obsessed with C.G. but I'm more of a Lelouch fan than Light. (Plus, Lulu's Geass and Zero > Light's note) ^^
 
I saw Death Note before Code Geass, but I liked CG better. That holds true for the characters, because I like Lelouch more than Light.. but they really did remind me of eachother, in some ways. It was interesting to me how Light thought, and how he'd handle things. Same as how Lelouch would play through things like a Chess game; I found that amusing. xD

I loved both series, even though they were both fairly complex, but yeah.. Lelouch gets mah vote. :x

& If those someone how actually fought each other, ohman.. Light could write Lelouch's name in the DN, but Lelouch could also easily give him an order to do something else before he managed.

My attention span is too short, I couldn't read everyone's post.


My vote goes for Lelouch...although I haven't finished watching Code GEASS, I have finished watching Death Note. I hate Light, at first I liked him, because he seemed sane and very tactical, however when he gave up his memories he became a pussy, then when he got the Death Note back he just turned into a sociopath. However the parts of Code GEASS I have seen, have glorified Lelouch (I do have to say I was sad when Surley(?) died) Oh and please excuse my spelling...I'm not a huge fan of them. (To me Death Note started good, but when L died, I lost interest. I had to force myself to keep watching)

Bascially what I got from them is Lelouch was fighting for the erm...(I'm sorry I don't remember the name, but it's the low class people) and Light was fighting for himself.

I like both the shows, and I think both Light and Lelouch are both very smart. I think it would be a draw. :3

However, he also did evil acts to replace the acts that he accidentally made the princess do.
He failed there, and had to alter his plan.
Light is a moron, arm flailing is a must when he is writing in the death note.
 
I haven't seen code geass, but after reading through this thread, it makes want to.
I absolutely loved Death Note & love Light until the departure of L of course.
I wouldn't say my vote would be justified since i don't know Lelouch.
