    Hey everybody!

    I'm new to these forums. I've spent some time over on the forums at Marriland and wanted to see what other Pokémon communities have to offer so here I am. Just a little about myself, I've been playing Pokémon since Red and Blue came out when I was roughly ten years old. I'm 27 now so as you can see I am a longtime Pokémon fan. I look forward to getting to know and playing Pokèmon with you all!

    Hello and welcome Daniel! So, a 27-year-old who still loves Pokemon? You're pretty much never too old to be into Pokemon, and given you're a longtime fan it's no surprise.

    So, which Pokemon games do you enjoy most? Any particular parts of the forums you are interested in? Or maybe other interests aside from Pokemon? Never hurts to get to know a bit more about you so we can show you around, but I'm sure you'll find somewhere to hang out in since PC is a diverse community.

    I hope you have a fun time here Daniel, and contact a staff member if you need any help getting around! Do stick around if you can because we love having new guys around.

    Indeed! My favorite games are X&Y. They took everything I loved about the franchise and expanded upon it. I like battling competitively, so all updates to IV breeding and EV training, along with the PSS, was greatly appreciated. I feel like they made competitive battling more accessible to players, while at the same time not dampening the experience for players who have been doing it for awhile.

    Thank you! I appreciate it. I'll be sure to reach out should I need anything.

    Hello Daniel! I'm kinda new here, but I love pokemon and Ive been playing for a while too, but im only 15 lol! Nice to meet ya, and hav fun!

    You took the words out of my mouth, aha. X and Y really did improve upon so many things, especially breeding and shiny hunting; it's nowhere near as tedious as it used to be. Thanks to X and Y I've finally gotten more into the breeding side of things! Though.. no luck with that shiny Chespin yet, even with masuda method and the shiny charm. :(

    It's lovely to meet you, Daniel! I was on Marriland for a while but haven't logged in for some weeks as it's tough for me to keep up with too many forums, but it was a great little place. The staff over there are wonderful. Enjoy your time here and hope you'll stick around!

    Hey Daniel, welcome to PC! I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do. It's cool that you've decided to join PC, I have the feeling you'll enjoy yourself here, because not only is there a plethora of information avaliable, the atmosphere here is great, too. It's nice to see longtime Pokemon fans having played the RBY era, where the Elite Four was no cakewalk. *Cough*Newer Generations*Cough*. xD

    Good luck, and I'm confident that you'll stick around. Feel free to VM/PM me if you need anything, I don't bite. Be seeing you around! Ciao. O/

    X and Y are currently my favorites too welcome to the forums daniel whats ur fav type? A lot of people like fairy and dragons the most now

    Yeah for sure. I didn't start to get into competitive battling until Black and White and even then it was pretty tedious. A lot of people complain about a lack of post-game content for X&Y but I've logged over 600 hours on my Pokemon Y copy just from collecting, breeding, and competitive battling alone.

    I've been looking for a shiny Chespin too! No luck yet. I do have a shiny Greninja though. :)

    Thank you!

    I agree though. The original Elite Four were tough! The game was a lot simpler that back though. You could spam Hyper Beam and win, haha. Nowadays, it'd be a little harder to do that and get away with it. {XD}

    Thanks! My favorite type would have to be grass. Not a common favorite type, but Bulbasaur was the very first Pokemon I chose back when Red and Blue first came out. I also like Water and Steel-types though!

    Nice i choose electric over grass but i understand while u like it enjoy the forums!
