DURING THE NIGHT​

So far it looks like we've lost two villagers. Although it might sound awful - our power roles are still in play for both the village and the mafia. Don't lose hope yet! Some mafia games have a sudden string of luck in catching the bad guys.

The same rules apply as the first night. Despite this being the second night phase, this time is often referred to as Night One, following the first real day of play.

Please remember to send in night actions! Especially important so that The Cop and The Oracles can gather intel, or ensure their death means something for the latter.

Once again, you cannot post during the night phase. If you have any questions please feel free to PM or IM me on Skype.

Oh boy, that's quite the loss. Looks like the Mafia took out someone who was important. They're now at a bit of an advantage - but with some keen eyes we may be able to spot who is being sincere and who is lying about their identity.

You might want to question people on their votes from yesterday, see if anyone is revealing their role, and probe further into members who you feel are suspicious. Follow any leads you can find, villagers!

The only ones who didn't join the bandwagon were myself and Ketsu. Ketsu in fact Voted against me, the one person who agreed him a second chance, strange.

Another who suspected me was dedenne. A coincidrnce that they both ended up dead of course. Dedenne's behaviour made me believe that he was going to investigate me last night, or he already had, and I'd shown up as mafia, therefore making me a miller.

As for questioning I'm not sure it's a good idea to do that. The Cop is sadly no longer with us, but there are still people the mafia would want to be revealed like the Oracle and maybe the Bulletproof. It's also possible the mafia may lie about their roles, and since we no longer have the ability to verify anything it'll be hard to really tell if they are who they say they are. We seem to unfortunately be stuck judging on Freudian slips and suspicious activity like we were before unless someone can think of something better.

Well if I had to guess, I'd say keep a close eye on everyone. We can't really rely on the Cop to investigate, so we need to watch carefully how people act and what they say. We might catch a mafia member slipping up this way. I don't think using a gun if you do have it would be wise though unless it's either the final stages of the game or as a last resort option. The mafia is most certainly on the prowl, and the last thing we need is to unintentionally give them crucial information that they can use.
