Anyone else read this series? I picked it up maybe a month ago and have really enjoyed it.
Who's your favorite characters? Favorite arc?

If you haven't read it, have you watched the anime series? Have you watched the spin off Magi: Adventures of Sinbad?

I used to read the manga avidly before it got a little too WTF for me, but I keep up with Sinbad no Bouken.

I understand that. I read about half way through and put it down for awhile. Just recently caught up.

I'm kind of excited about this final arc tho. Seems like it'll be cool.

I thought it was about the same, except the last few episodes. I thought they were exceptional well done compared to the manga.

I actually heard the opposite. A good chunk of people found s2 boring because

Aladdin, Alibaba, Morgiana, and Hakuryuu parted ways for majority of the season to do their own thing

so that disinterested a lot of past watchers. I loved it, though.

Personally I love Magi. I haven't kept up with English-translated chapters for a while but I check the Mangahelpers' Magi section at least once a day to read through replies and see raw chapters when they're leaked. It is a dear series to me, I hope there won't be a sad ending.. tho with the way Ohtaka is going I don't think it'll be bad and many/if anyone will die.
