    AHHHHHHH.



    Today Nintendo announced with an awesome trailer that Majora's Mask is being released in Spring of 2015 for the 3DS. I am so psyched you guys. I've never played it and now's my chance! And I have high hopes considering how great OoT 3D was.

    Good, it'll be nice to finally be able to play this without worrying about my N64 randomly resetting at some point. Guess this means I should grab OoT at some point, too...assuming I can stomach the price for it.
     
    Awww yiss. A while back I stopped playing MM about halfway through it for reasons I don't remember. I've been meaning to play it again, but I was waiting to see if a remake would come out. I'm glad I didn't waste my time. 2015 looks like it'll be a great year for games.

    Still, I do wish OoT and MM were given HD remakes on the Wii U instead, but it's not a big deal.

    I knew this was coming! I knew it! I never doubted!


    I got through about 3/4 of the game when I originally played it, so now I get to play it all again in 3D! I remember this game being very fun, and challenging in a good way.
     
    I wasn't gonna get it since I have the N64 and Gamecube versions..but...that Collector's Edition....I must have it..........
     
    Ugh, they made everything too colorful.

    Everything in Ocarina of Time 3D was too bright and lacked that shadowy feel I liked in the original game. Looks like they did the same with this too.
     
    I AM SO EXCITED TO SUCK ASS AT THIS IN 3D!!! (I have refrained from buying the N64 cartridge that's been at Replays for weeks because I suck so bad yet I'm willing to shell out the money for it on the 3DS...makes sense, right?)
     
    I'm still debating whether or not I should take the courage to finally play this game after chickening out because of the 3-day time limit (I complete dungeons at a slow pace during my first playthroughs). I also don't get why everyone's psyched about the Majora's Mask remake considering that it failed to dethrone OoT as the pinaccle of the series.

    Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess are better than Ocarina of Time.

    Link's Awakening and The Minish Cap are pretty near perfect too

    To be honest, OoT probably wouldn't even rank in my top 5 Zelda games.

    Don't get me wrong, it's a great game, especially for the first 3D Zelda, but overall there isn't enough to it for me to find it better than things like Windwaker, Majora's Mask, or even Link Between Worlds. Besides, I think a lot of the reason MM is liked less than OoT is due to the reused assets.
