/icons are 100x100 rant here
They're nice; but a few things:
The third from the left in the middle row (Yuuki, Haruka, Plusle, Minun, and Latis), the one on the left of the same row (Touko and Pokes), and the second from the left in the bottom row (Mitsuru + Pokes) are a bit too bright. There's also a technique that gives a not white background so it doesn't look weird in some places, which you could probably add to Mitsuru's pic.
The bottom two (Shauntel and...whoever that is), as well as BRS in the third from left pic in the top row and Ruby(?) and Mimi(?) in the last pic in the middle row are too dark.
The text in the first one is kind of hard to read, too, and the person is angled funny and looks a bit blurry.

They're nice. There are a few that are a little dark, but you could try playing around with the selective color option [that's if you're using Photoshop]. The one of Red and Pikachu looks good, IMO.
