[ASM & Hex] Making Deoxys obey (FireRed)

Hi, does anyone know how to make all Deoxys obey in a FireRed ROM?

I know you can make all Mew obey by 'changing the byte at '0x801D402' from '0x97' to '0x00'' in a hex editor, so I'm guessing there might be a simple hex edit for Deoxys as well but I don't know what it is and I searched a lot already :/

Find the offset 0x1D3EC manually and change the "97" to "00".

I Found de Hex code, for Deoxys Obey in Fire Red 1.0, (97) at wrong, is DC to 00, but thanks for help!! :D

Are you sure? You could've messed up something else.
