Exploud is a Pokemon who'll **** your **** up in like 3 seconds. BOOM SHAKALAKA!!!! That's right, this thing gets STAB Boomburst, which is stronger than goddamn Draco Meteor and thus Exploud hits harder than that Dragon/Ground loser... what was its name...? Oh that's right, your lovely Flygon. And by the way, Flygon sucks at BOOMBURSTING through its opponents, since it just isn't as MANLY as Exploud is, in other words, it lacks a Normal typing, probably the best type in the universe. But that's not all, Exploud has Scrappy, which means he doesn't give a **** about your ghost-types. Plus extreme coverage options, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Surf, OH MY, PLEASE STOP!!!

Sharpedo is the manly shark, the goddamn best water Pokemon of Gen 3, screw your Swampert and Crawdaunt. This thing gets SPEED BOOST, which was one of the main reasons Smogon nerfed Baton Pass, it's THAT ridiculous. But that's not all, this thing gets a mega evolution which lets it hit hard as hell, and once it gets a boost you may as well kiss your sorry ass goodbye, because this thing will 6-0 you without any hesitation. You see that look on its face? That means it loathes everything about you, especially your brain for thinking Milotic has a better design than it.

Camerupt is definitely the most iconic fire-type of Hoenn, Blaziken can suck it. Mega Camerupt is also one of the manliest 'mons you'll ever lay eyes on. 20 speed may be ridiculously slow, but Camerupt has a Special Attack stat of ONE HUNDRED AND NUT-CRUSHING FOURTY-FIVE, and on top of that, it gets freakin' Sheer Force, which boosts its Fire Blast to the point where even Mega Gardevoir will be jealous. Oh yeah, it also has enough bulk to tank an Earthquake or something. If that isn't awesome, I don't know what it is. And by the way, Camerupt is obviously better than Flygon, that's why it got the mega!

I have to admit, all are great, and I have experienced the raw power of Mega Camerupt myself, especially with how much Sheer Force boosts its Fire moves (since we know Fire moves tend to burn).

But I think the real powerhouse here is Exploud. I had an experience with the Scrappy variant and seriously... Boomburst tears through pretty much anything, and for Pokemon that resist it, it can learn other moves to take care of them. Such as Earthquake, making Normal and Ground coverage all it needs.

Either way, all three are great and have their uses. Sharpedo and Camerupt do have awesome Megas, so don't forget that.

Ah Exploud, something about it's design I just don't like. It is not helped that Loudred is my least favourite Hoenn Pokemon. Scrappy is a nice ability to have but I am just not a fan of its design.

That leaves Sharpedo and Camerupt. Truth is I really like both. (Is it coincidence these two Pokemon are the signature Mons of the respective Villain Leaders. Camerupt has a great design and an impressive Mega. His Shiny Form is black which is very cool.

Sharpedo is also a very cool looking Pokemon with an impressive Mega. His Shiny Form is Magenta and still looks very cool.

As Sharpedo can pull off being Magenta. I give my vote to Archie's Signature Pokémon.

Well there was really only one choice for me and that is Camerupt!

Exploud is cool and powerful and all but I've never really been a fan of normal type Pokemon, though may now give Exploud a shot haha

Sharpedo is also very good, Gen III-wise but I am still more a fan of Crawdaunt (due to my experience with it competitively and a bit more coverage moves imo)

That leaves the great Camerupt with its awesome Mega! Seriously though, that Mega is cool! Though I've never been able to battle with it (my despise for Numel is so real)but I do see how much potential it has, plus Fire is definitely one of my favorite types giving it bonus points! Guess I should join up with Team Magma so i can get my own ;)

Exploud seems to take my pick.

Camerupt and Sharpedo are great Pokémon, but what are they against some fat purple thing that gets lots of STAB? Their defenses, especially Sharpedo's, fares poorly against Exploud's might. Exploud is a must. Especially when it gets its Mega.

But against Megas? Hahaha- no. Exploud is obviously great but its defenses are just torture to it. Boomburst, though. BOOMBURST!

Exploud is a must spot on a Normal team.

Exploud. That thing's just the best. It was an essential part of my team in the last Emerald run i did. You say Wallace's Milotic is annoying? My Exploud ONE-SHOTTED IT with Hyper Beam. After that, i knew i loved it.

This thread scared me a little. My favorite of the 3 and the most manly imo is Exploud! That thing terrified me as a kid, but also thought the beast was cool when I got older. In all the pictures you see of it, it look like it's screaming at you! A really manly Pokemon, also a crazy fast offensive beast in competitive battles. Not to mention, boomburst kicks ass as well.
