Uh... let's see... Some of the pairings I like are canon/can be canon and others are just implied or put together because I think they could be cute. What's all this talk of baby-making?! {XD} I just like the cute/fluffy romantic aspects. (Baby-making not required or even applicable/appropriate for some pairings.) Baby-making was technically a game mechanic in Fire Emblem Awakening, tho. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

This. To me, ships are basically just relationships I support, lol. I never understand it when people put really unlikely/incompatible characters together and 'ship' them just because they look cute together or something - it's why I can never get into non-canon ships.

Yup! P3P was actually my first experience with Persona 3, and I played as Minako the first time around. I don't care if her existence as canon is apparently moot, I consider Minato/Minako to be two sides of the same coin or parallel to each other... or something. Since Aigis' feelings toward the protagonist in P3P stayed pretty much the same regardless of gender... I couldn't help pairing them. (How else would one read the whole Aeon Social Link Route?) Curse this game for making me have feels for a fictional android!

I like how when playing as Minako, you can still choose Elizabeth as the Velvet Room assistant. (For whatever reason Minato can't pick Theo even though potential interactions would have pleased fujoshi types.)
Theo's alright, but I still think Elizabeth is a more fun character. :3

I ship Shulk with Melia, the canon Shulk/Fiora pairing can go to hell; it's the only thing about Xenoblade I can't say I particularly care for.

Also, I ship Lightning Farron x Caius Ballad after their opening batle in FFXIII-2...I can't not watch that scene without shipping goggles on; Caius' lines are just dripping in innuendo, especially with Liam O'Brien's voice. "Now we cross swords!", "Embrace the terror!" and so on...I can't unsee it. xD

I kinda ship Gaius and Muzet in Tales of Xillia, as well...especially in the second game. It felt like a "done right" version of the Jude/Milla pairing the game liked to shove down our throats at every opportunity...Gaius is a vastly superior character to Jude - who is still a good character by Tales protagonist standards, but he's no Lloyd or Yuri - and Muzet is a more interesting version of Milla in that she actually has a personality. As a team, they had far more believable and realistic goals, actually took active steps to accomplish them instead of pandering about, and they complemented each other far better.

...also, Sophie x Pascal. That one should be self explanatory to anyone who has played Graces. xD

Rorona x Cordelia, Totori x Mimi, Meruru x Keina, Ayesha x Wilbell, Escha x apples, Shallie x Shallie, Filly x Filly...the men are destined to be forever alone. Although there is a strong foundation for Sterk x Lias. Pigeonshipping FTW. xD

No...I really don't like Logy, and there isn't much chemistry (ahaha) between the two really; they never really struck me as anything other than colleagues. I really cannot ship the two of them, it'd be like shipping Ayesha with Keith. xD
