iirc it was removed from public access bc bots were crawling through it and putting significant pressure on the site
+ I think it was considered a strain on the server anyway

Harley is correct for the most part. The admins are working on a replacement at some point.

There's an alternate way to search for specific people, but I'm on mobile. If you search "member list" here in City Hall, there's other recent threads that contain the alternate.

But I'm sure someone will post it before long since I can't. :P

There's another way described here.

And the explanation behind the removal of the member list is because the code behind it is terrible, and the coding admins want to rework it to improve it.
