    Hello everyone!
    Just thought I'd introduce myself real quick :)

    I've been playing pokémon since first generation, and I've recently become addicted again, when I got a new 3DS and got to play the newest games ^_^

    I've started a "Mission Impossible" to get a full living dex, quite the task, I've figured out, so I've been looking around to find a place to talk to other people. :)
    Sooo, that is how I ended up here. After browsing around I must say that I'm very glad I found the place and I look forward to joining in discussions and maybe getting some new friends (you never know)...

    Anyhow, that's me!

    Hiya! Welcome to PokéCommunity! Most of the community here has been playing since the original games, so you'll fit right in! I personally only started with Gen III, but I seem to be in a minority. As for the 3DS, the same actually happened to me :3 I lost interest for a few years and then got back into the game, and this site, last december. I was surprised to find that the newer games were still a lot of fun :)

    Good luck on the Living Dex! You may want to check out the Trade Corner to obtain some of those annoying Pokémon that can be tough to get in the wild!

    Hey, Methras! Welcome to PC!

    Getting a full living dex really is a big task! It might feel like an impossible task to accomplish, but with the help of other players, you can definitely do it. Fortunately PC has a community of friendly traders to help any player out. Then, after you complete your dex, you can search for shinies if you want!

    Which set of the new games did you play on the 3DS? X/Y or OmegaRuby/AlphaSapphire? And are you excited about Sun/Moon? You'll find plenty of people here to talk about all the games with.

    I hope you can complete your mission! Honestly, I've never actually completed the entire Pokedex!! So, when you do, definitely tell us about it!
    You'll definitely meet a lot of cool people to talk to, so stick around and post a lot and you'll find this place quickly becoming your home. See you around!
     
    Just realized, I completely forgot to answer the questions!
    I started with aS and then got myself Y. I recently bought oR as well, and will probably end up buying X quite soon, just to give myself an edge when it comes to filling the living dex.

    It's probably easier to trade some rare or legendary pokemon to get the final pokemons, once I am close to finishing the living dex.

    I am hoping to finish it before moon/sun comes out, and intend to transfer it there. And yes, I am REALLY hyped on it! :D
