    In the quest of searching new poke-community, I have stumbled upon this legit forum. Mind if I say hi?

    The name's HollowGap, but you can call me Gap for short. First game was Emerald with Treecko as the first-pokemon ever (which later changed to Torchic because fire kicking chicken is just awesome). Stuck on Phoebe because I was too stupid to hit ghost types. And won against Wallace with the last stand of a level 33 Raichu. Those times were good.

    I've been in some local poke-community. But it never hurts to get lost in a new one, right?

    Real life aspects; right now I'm majoring in microbiology. Busy with 4 labs every week (which means 4 journals and 4 lab reports every time). I own a key to a certain public library so I can use it for my own benefit, including to type this post silently. I love books and writing stories, but I really hope I can find more free time in doing so. I might be not as active as the others, but I'm glad if I can take a part in something around here.

    Hey HollowGap and welcome to PokeCommunity! I see you played Emerald, which is my personal favorite 3rd gen game. I too started with Treecko, because it's a pretty cool Pokemon, especially when it evolves!

    Your schoolwork sounds like a lot, but I'm sure you can pull it through and ace each one. As for Fanfiction and all your writing needs, the Fan Fiction and Writing section of the community seems it would peak your interest. I hope you find that free time you're looking for, I hope to see you around the community!

    Ooh you sneaky you, owning the key to a library lol. Recalling the times when I was in college taking lab courses almost makes me want to cringe with how urgh boring it was.. glad I graduated, nice to be fully done with school.

    PC is a great place so here's hoping it'll click with you just as it did with many of us. Please stick around and give me a poke if you need anything, yes?
     
    Ah yeah, I've started out with Torchic myself during my Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald runthrough and it's been my favourite starter to use! But yeah, figuring out to get through each challenge, like gym leaders and elite four were the good ol' times and I do hope that the creators of pokemon will keep that up!
