@Samike360: I'll just be giving my opinion..

1st script: It would be a lot better if you had used variables instead of flags for that script. And you don't need a lock and faceplayer at the beginning. Apart from that, it looks good.
2nd script: Looks good.
3rd script: Where's the fanfare and nicknaming? T3T..good..

Actually, it would be better if you use photoshop to make transparent backgrounds because people use different themes. If you can't, I'll do it for you..

In start up, when you see the GameFreak logo:
v 1.0: Its just the plain Game Freak logo,
v 1.1: After showing the Game Freak logo, its says presents...

Can't really explain much, images are nice but I don't have one. :)

I don't really know how to explain it but here it goes.

the the theory of this is the v1.0 is like an original copy of an english book, and after some time, they are gonna revise it for a new one, so the if you compare its pages(pointer), the content(tiles, bate, palette, etc) will be different but in the end they don't have any difference when it comes to reading(playing) on it.

i decided that he turns into grass/psychic in his second evolution already.
(if i may decide these things xD)

Change up the second evolution, seems lke a huge jump :/
More importantly sprites look more professional when the evolutions don't share the same pals (maybe different shades of green?). Good job though

Hmm, yeah, thanks for the critics
ill changed the shades of the leaves, Hmm, maybe ill make the green a little darker in his 2nd and 3rd

and the jump between 1st and 2nd is usually that big (look at torchic => combusken, Huge jump as well)

and on that black turtle thingy, what is it? :P a new fire poke?
and id say 3?
