Misadventures at Hogwarts: Term 2

I shrugged, seeing Cassidy look at us. "Let's go! Um....Well, any underwater mysteries, then, um, I'm the girl for the job!" I joked, a bit nervous though.
 
I flew ahead alittle and perched on a tree. Once Terra and Cassidy got a bit farther, I flew off it, and returned by their side. I transformed back into a human.
"Do you think we are going to come across that creature?" I asked them, as I set my foot free from a branch.
 
I heard a sound in the bush. I jumped a little, and not meaning to I turned into a falcon. I quickly changed back.
"That was odd..." I said, staring at the spot that made the noise. "Do you want me to go see?"
 
After awhile I noticed all the kids in the Great Hall looking at me like I murdered someone. I stood up and said to the staring crowd, "What's wrong? First Karli and now all of you. What did I do?"

A tall boy stepped from the crowd, he was from Hufflepuff. "Your just a bully who thinks he can push us around when you want to." He said.

I looked clsly at him, he had a very young face he must have been a first year student. "What do you mean by bully? What makes you think this?" I asked innocently.

"The way you treat Karli and the way you beat those Slytherin boys up. You should be ashamed of yourself!" A seventh year girl from Ravenclaw said as she stood up.

"I don't know what you mean! I always treated Karli as nice as possible, she's one of my best friends. And I did nothing to any slytherin boys!" I testified.

Oopsy! Flames voice said coming clear into my mind.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN!? I snapped.

I paralyzed those three slytherin boys. And I was sort of nasty to Karli when I was in your body. He explained.

NO! I yelled in my mind. I then brought my attention back to the crowd. "I have nothing to say to about the Slytherin boys I knocked out. They deserved what they got! As for Karli I have no clue what you mean. What harm did I do to Karli?" I said standing up for my dragon. Your lucky I'm a Dragon lover or you would be in big trouble right now. I said to Flame.

"You always treat her like she's inferior, same with all of us. We don't like it. We want you to apologize to Karli!" A boy demanded.

"Fine. I will. As soon as I see her." I said now realizing why Karli wasn't talking to me.
 
"Im a Animagus...I will be fine.....trust me" I said, in a reassuring voice. I transformed, and flew over to the bush. Crouched down behind it, was a small creature. It looked like the creature Cassidy described.
I flew over to Cassidy and Terra,and flew around them, trying to tell them to follow me.
 
Cassidy looked at her friends. She heard the noise too. It sounded heavy...about the size of that deadly creature she had encountered. She grimaced.

"I really don't think we want to find out what it is..." she told Terra and Karli nervously. She had her wand out in plain view now, and spoke the incantation. "Bo ferula!"

The wand took the form of her black laquered bo staff. She held it at the ready, but then thought better of it. Another twig snapped, Cassidy shuddering at the heavy sound it made.

"Maybe...we should...go...." she said, taking a few more steps back, these ones quicker.

Suddenly, something growled, and sprung from the bushes!

A white tiger leapt for Cassidy, its massive paws baring long, sharp claws. She narrowed her eyebrows, as if expecting this enemy, and parried the tiger's massive weight with the force of a blow from her wooden staff. The tiger snarled at her angrily, showing its large, white teeth. Cassidy stared him down.

"Will you knock it off!" she yelled at the tiger. "Andrew!"

"Aw...you're no fun, sis," the tiger spoke, as he slowly transformed back to the dashing Andrew. He smiled arrogantly at her. "I've brought you a little present."

Cassidy looked at the spot he had gestured to. From behind a dead, black tree emerged Snape.

"Students out in the Forbidden Forest?" he scolded haughtily. "I daresay...whata misfortune. Fifty points from Gryffindor house, and it seems you will be joining Cassidy in detention tomorrow night. Now, get out of my sight before something BAD happens to you."

Andrew leered at Cassidy and her friends, twirling his Animagus pendant around his fingers. She turned to her friends, looking apologetic, but her remorse soon turned to dread. Before her, and behind her friends were little baby chimaera, the hatchlings of the creature she had encountered with Snape. They looked back at Cassidy and her friends hungrily...
 
When Snape had arrived, I quickly flew unseen into a tree. I wasnt caught. I flew silently back to the Great Hall. Johann was there. I landed on the Gryffindor table. He didnt know I was a Animagus. I probaly wouldnt notice me.
 
"She...left us??" Cassidy gasped, as she saw Karli fly away.

"What are you talking about?" Snape demanded, stepping in front of them. He was now between them and the chimaera.

"N-nothing," Cassidy said quickly. She clutched the animagus medallion around her neck, smiling inside. Snape didn't know.

The chimaera left them no time to talk. The leapt to attack them, gnashing their teeth, stomping their hard hooves, swiping at them with their dragon tails. Cassidy parried as many attacks as she could, her side with the scar hurting all the while.

The little creatures, seeing they were outpowered, retreated back into the shadows of the forest before anyone could destroy them. Snape, who had been using spells to keep them at bay, looked back at Cassidy sharply. Cassidy looked at Andrew harshly, narrowing her eyebrows at him.

Cassidy looked at Terra, and stepped off briskly for Hogwarts. She looked back at Snape only once, noticing how he favored his right leg.

OCC: Oh, just keep it. It brings a little more fun into the RP. Karli left the forest anyways since Snape had arrived. Your such a good Roleplayer! All of you are! ^_^

I flapped my wings and took flight.
"Blimey! You dont have to scare me!" I said to him. "Im an Animagus! One of my life secrets, well, not anymore its not. And Im not muggle born. I was held slave at my aunts place, Cassidy Josh and Terra and I have faced a troll and a Death Eater! They are out there in the forest right now!" I said flying over to him, and landing on his shoulder.
 
"No. becaus that was so last night! Right now, they are walking towards the school. And maybe I can forgive you....oh....alright then...." I said. "But keep that dragon away from me, I dont want him to burn my tail feathers off!"
 
Cassidy had reached the school doors. She threw them open with such force, that they banged against the walls noisily, the sound echoing through the halls. She had never been so cross in all her life!

"I'm so sorry for getting you detention," she told Terra sincerely. He brother slithered past, winking at Terra flirtaciously. He carried on towards the Slytherin common room. Cassidy made a face. "Oh, I can't stand him!"

SHe wrung her fists, and turned her bo back to her normal wand. She put it in her pocket hurriedly, and took the steps leading to Gryffindor Tower.

"I...need a minute..." she told Terra as she went through the porthole. Once through, she dashed up the stairs and into her room, where she threw herself onto her bed in utter frustration, and shed the tears she had been holding back for days.
