"Nice try!" I said happily. I laid down ont he beach and Falem curled around me, and I laid my head on his underbelly. "Today is the best day I have had in a long time." I stated as I relaxed.

Tim returned moments later, bearing a huge grin.

"Not only did I get you two off from detention tonight," he told them gleefully, "But I got Karli off as well, and for however many days he wanted you in detention no less! So you're off the hook! But you'd better practice hard."

"Of course!" Cassidy smiled. She blushed slightly, but it was hardly noticable in the winter weather. Tim was...kind of....cute. Cassidy shook her head to clear the thought, and took off into the air with the others.

She looked over at Terra, smiling, and very excited to begin her Quiddich career!

OOC: Is anyone going to play as Tim? I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to take up the role....hehe....could get interesting!!

IC: Cassidy learned really quickly as they worked their plays over and over again. She discovered that with a little hard work, she could be a really good chaser, probably not the best Gryffindor had ever seen, but good enough to win a few games.

While darting to catch the Quaffle, she brushed shoulders with Tim. She was a knocked a little off balance, but he steadied her with a reassuring hand before they flew off for separate tasks. Cassidy was blushing even more now, but finished out the practice with flying colors (no pun intended!!) for a first timer. She landed on the ground outside the Hogwarts door, out of breath, but happy.

"What an awesome sport!" she said to herself, opening the door of the castle. She looked back to see if Terra had come with her.

"Ah...well," Cassidy stammered, and just kept quiet. She looked down at her snowy shoes and kicked the snow off as best she could. She avoided Terra's gaze.

The hallways were unusually quiet, especially with midterms coming up. Cassidy just shrugged and walked up the flights of stairs to the seventh floor where the Gryffindor Tower was located.

"I think I am going to go to the library to look some stuff up for Herbology. It's such a hard class for me!" Cassidy told Terra, putting her new broom away, as well as her new Quiddich robes. She tucked them safely in her trunk and closed the lid.

Cassidy slung her bookbag over her shoulder, and checked to see if everything she needed was there.

"Do you want to come?" she offered to Terra before she descended the dormitory steps to the common room.

I went to the 7th floor to deposit my things. I passed Terra and Cassidy.
"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Sure!" I said. "I need a bit of practice becoming a stag!"
I walked down to the 3rd floor which was where the library was. I looked along the shelves. "Found it!" I said.

Cassidy paused when she heard Josh's voice. She turned to look as Terra invited him to the library.

"Hi Josh," she said, smiling. "Come with us if you can! It's always better to travel in numbers anyway, especially with those Slytherins lurking about!"

She turned to Terra when she questioned her about Charms.

"I like Charms too," she said, and looked thoughtful for a moment. "I think Potions would be my favorite class if Snape didn't teach it."

She chuckled, and wated for Josh to decide whether or not to come with them to the library.

Once in the library, Cassidy set to work gathering all the Potions books she could find. She returned with a stack nearly half as tall as she was.

"These are all the...reccommended...texts...for...second years..." she said, her voice strained from carrying the books. She set them on the table with a loud thud.

She sat down at the table with Terra and Josh.

"Um...she began softly, not looking up from her texts. "So about Tim....what year is he?"

OOC: Could someone take Tim's role? It'll be boring if I rp him as well as Cassidy...hehe...

"Seventh!" I replied. "They are looking for a new captain for next year,"

OOC: No one needs to RP him. He is just a random character anyone RPs if they need to. BTW, I'm thinking of making a Fan Fic out of these RPGs. What do you think?

OOC: I think some fics of this RP would be wicked neat! I'll be interested to read them....hehe!

IC:

"Oh, he's really that much older?" Cassidy tried to not sound disappointed. She wasn't sure how her parents would take it if she dated a seventh year....and now she was getting ahead of herself.

She continued to skim over the potions books, taking a few notes here and there, but mostly just thinking about Quiddich. Nothing felt more right than being on the team. She was really excited to be playing even though she had never really taken it up before.

"When is the next Quiddich game?" she asked suddenly.

OOC: Well who is going to make it?

OOC: Thanks! I will.

BIC:
"Christmas is on Saturday right? And today is Wednesday..." I said.

"Wicked..." Cassidy smirked. "Hey! They mention Hogwarts in this one!"

She picked up an older periodical she had found on a rack, and flipped through the pages. She stopped on the page with the article, and her eyes grew wide. Her eyes watered with contained laughter, and she almost fell on the floor.

"You...have...to...see this!" she giggled, shoving the magazine over to them.

It was a picture of Snape, in his early teaching days. Cassidy clamped her hands over her mouth to keep from bursting out in laughter.
