MISFITS

The brick had missed, but she had another weapon. She charged, wood in hand held like a baseball bat, swinging wildly. She let out a blood-curdling scream, a battle cry of somesort. They weren't getting away. She didn't care for the Pokémon. She saw them run downstairs and followed them down, only to see the boy come back up. She screamed again and swung at him.

* * *

There was a rustle then a scream. Toby quickly turned around to see the probation officer, standing behind them, armed with an axe in her hand. She was covered in cuts, bruises and scrapes, thanks to her efforts of climbing a mountain. Her were eyes blood red and she bared her teeth, hissing viciously. Body Two had found her targets.

She screamed again and charged, throwing the axe at Grims.

"What the f*ck!" Toby yelled out, scrambling backwards to get out of her way.

Grims had barely a second to react. He ducked and rolled. "WHAT THE HELL!!!!" He saw the officer and gulped. Mike had been telling the truth. "Guys! Pokemon! Use them! She's gonna kill us!" Grims suddenly ignited, not that he was objecting. He held out his arms and sprayed a flamethrower at the probation officer. "That works too!" He reached for the PokeBall containing Jack O' and brought him out.

The small candle Pokemon appeared in a red light, "Jack O! Use Will-O-Wisp on her!" The Pokemon didn't object to setting something on fire. He shot the blue flames at the officer. "Good!" Grims opened his mouth and a spray of fire was released forth, setting the officer ablaze!

"Shade!"

The Zoroark appeared out of no where and lunged at the officer, roaring.

Shade looked up quickly when she heard a rustle and a scream, her eyes widening at the state the Probation officer was in "What the f*ck!" Toby yelled scrambling back as an ax was thrown at Grims.

"Light use Hydro Pump!" Shade yelled pointing at the probation officer. Light looked up and a powerful jet of water shot out of her mouth going straight at the woman as Grims ducked and the ax went into the tree next to her. "You wanna go b**ch" Shade said eyes narrowed as she pulled the ax out of the tree.

"Sh*t!!" Toby moved back as far as he could, Alice and Erro jumping off his shoulders and taking position with Clay. Grims set her on fire and Shade put her out. "You guys should work on your teamwork! Because it sucks!"

She quickly dodged the incoming Zoroark and ran forward at Toby, the one who wasn't armed. He froze. What could he do? He couldn't do anything! He had nothing! She was on him now and clasped her hands around his neck, choking him. He spluttered and tried to resist but her hands were firm around his neck. Alice reacted, sending a Thunderbolt, eletricuting both the probation officer and Toby.

"You guys should work on your teamwork! Because it sucks!" Shade heard Toby yell as she hadn't counted on Grims sending a fireball at her. Shade rolled her eyes but then heard a choking sound and whirled around just as thunderbolt struck Toby and the probation officer.

Shade ran forward ignoring the electricity and tackled the woman off Toby "Hey B**ch pick on someone your own size" She hissed the axe falling out of her hands.

Alice stopped her bolt as soon as the probation officer was off Toby. He was used to being shocked, but not like that. He fell to his knees, his whole body hurt. Son of a gun, this chick was f*cking insane. Alice and Erro quick ran to his side, helping him up while Clay watched the probation officer, waiting for a chance to strike her to burn her retarded head of hers.

She grabbed Shade and punched her in the face, forcing Shade off her. She then grabbed the axe and went for her. Toby watched in horror as she trudged towards her, gripping the axe which already had stained blood on it.

"N-no!" Toby yelled out, thrusting his hands forward. He let a blast of air knock her over, sending the axe flying out of her hands and off the side of the mountain. "You b*tch! Fight me, ass hole!" He tried to get to his feet but he was way too exhausted. The air must have drained energy because Toby could barely stand up. Didn't stop him from being a pretentious little douchebag. "Fight me, fight me, you motherf*cker! You, you wh*re! Slag! Skank!"

Shade held the side of her face after she was punched a little dazed from the hit she looked up eyes widening when she saw the woman heading towards her with the blood stained axe followed by hearing Toby yell "N-no!" and a gust of air knocked the probation officer back as well as sending the axe off the cliff. "You b*tch! Fight me, ass hole!" Shade heard Toby yell as she stood calling her Pokemon back into their Pokeballs "Fight me, fight me, you douchebag! You, you wh*re! Slag! Skank!"

Shade went to Toby's side and helped him stand "Thanks for saving me" she said as she helped him stay upright all the while glaring at the probation officer. If looks could kill, that woman would have died right then and there.

"Let go of me!" Toby pulled his arm out of Shade's grip. "I don't need any help standing." He shakily stood on his two legs, taking some kind of firm taekwando position, pretending he knew what he was doing. Because he didn't. He didn't have sh*t.

"I hope someone else has some kind of bright idea because at the moment, I'm running a little dry!" he turned to Mark. He seemed to be bright. Well, literally, Grims was the bright one, being on fire and all. "If you're as gay as you are smart, then you should be able to think us out of this!" His feet failed him and he slumped back on his knees. Ugh, stupid energy. Why did Grims give them apples and not freaking bags of barley sugar or whatever.

Kylie felt the tears welling up in her eyes as Chuck put the Pokeball in her hand.

"I only have two pokémon, the ditto in your hand, and the dragonite in mine. If things start to get really bad, fly back to the center and get help."

She nodded and sniffled, when suddenly, Chuck turned and sprinted back up the steps, yelling something that to her sounded like gibberish. Kylie saw the probation officer emerge from the room at the top of the steps and ran through the hallways, slipping on the floors as she tried to come to a screeching halt. She tore open a door, finding a closet, and climbed inside, curling up in the furthest back right corner. She pulled some of the jackets in front of her to hide herself more. Panting, Kylie inspected her feet - there was surprisingly less damage done than she had thought, but there was a large gash running up her left thigh and down to almost her knee. Blood was already absorbing into that side of her skirt. She cursed. Then curled up again.

Clutching the Pokeball to her chest, Kylie waited.

The pain inflicted on the probation officer was definitely not worth the cost of the kitchern, especially since it didn't hit her at all.

"Stop!" Chuck screamed over the sound of incinerating toasters and microwaves.

Walking over to Drake and Gepedo with a thin layer of soot on him from the burning appliances, he spoke similar in the manner that he had just talked to Kylie in. "I want you guys to go down, find that... that Monster!, and I want her dead." Turning to Drake, "Use return onsight", before the dragonite descended down the stairs. Chuck knew he could trust this move because he knew he gave his pokemon the same care he gave women, when they were at his house of course. "Gepedo, use hidden power when Drake's done his return." he said to him as they went down the stairs together.

Not particularly interested in seeing the innards of the woman who tortured him in his nightmares, he decided it was a better use of his time to find Kylie. Wondering why his parents included so many godd**n doors in the basement, he went around and knocked twice on every door, whispering her name into the cracks, hoping to find her unhurt.

((OOC: i'm just a little confused so I'm just gonna say she followed Kylie))

She followed the sound of panicked footsteps running down the hallway. When she reached the hallway, the girl was gone, but her heavy breathing was unmistakable, not to mention the trickle of blood on the ground, practically a bread trail to where the girl was. It went down the hall and into a room. The door was locked, but that didn't stop her from smashing it down with her foot. The piece of wood was clasped offensively in her hand. The blood then led to a wardrobe, also locked. She smashed it, destroying the door with the wood in her hand. The doors, now a splintery mess, were tossed aside and there, sitting curled up in the corner, was the girl. She raised the piece of wood, ready to swing at the girl. For the kill.

"Let go of me!" Toby yelled pulling his arm out of her grip. "I don't need any help standing." Shade looked at him as he said this watching as he stood shakily. "I hope someone else has some kind of bright idea because at the moment, I'm running a little dry!" he said turning to Mark and adding "If you're as gay as you are smart, then you should be able to think us out of this!" before he fell to his knees.

Shade rolled her eyes helping him stand again "I don't give a f**k what you say about not needing help when you obviously do so I'm helping you whether you like it or not" she hissed in a deadly whisper keeping her eyes trained on the crazed woman in front of them.

Grims was burned-out. He couldn't possibly continue shooting fire. But, then again, he had another idea. "Shade!" The Zoroark barked, "Use an illusion! Buy us some time!" The Pokemon nodded and focused on the probation officer. Grims couldn't tell what Shade was making the officer see, but he didn't care at this point. "Guys! Run!" Grims started to run in the opposite direction of the officer, not daring to look back.

Shade was making the officer see multiple copies of the four escaped teens everywhere. They were all laughing and pointing at the officer. Some were in the trees. Others, climbing on from below. The Zoroark had to buy time. He had to.

"I said let GO!" Toby pulled himself out of her grasp again. "I definitely do not need YOUR help! Jesus."

"Shade! Use an illusion! Buy us some time! Guys! Run!" Grims yelled. Toby motioned at Alice and Erro to start running and they obeyed their master almost instantly. Toby's inability to walk currently meant he couldn't leg it, but help the Zoroark buy some time.

"Clay! Do a Flamethrower or something to burn that psycho!" Clay let a stream of fire loose on the probation officer. It hit her but practically had no effect on her except for the screaming. Nothing was going to take this b*tch down except directly killing her.

"If we don't kill her, she'll just come after us again! Probably angrier! And armed! With guns! How do we stand a chance against that!?" Toby took a battle stance, mustering up the last bit of his energy. "How do you kill a vampire?" He started to rotate his hands around eachother, forming a small ball of air, gradually adding more and more air to it. It became visible, like a small ball of tornado in his hands. He then compressed it, squeezing it as tight as he could. He began to sweat and pant heavily, but he needed to do this!

"You cut off its f*cking head!" He spun around, like a discus olypian spins around before throwing his disc, and threw it, aiming straight for the probation officer and cutting her head clean off. She and Toby fell in unison, Toby blacking out as soon as he hit the ground.

Shade narrowed her eyes "Fine! See if I help you again!" she yelled angrily as the illusion started. Thats the last time I help him she thought angrily as one of Toby's Pokemon tried using flamethrower but as was expected nothing happen.

"If we don't kill her, she'll just come after us again! Probably angrier! And armed! With guns! How do we stand a chance against that!?" Toby said getting in a battle stance "How do you kill a vampire?" he moved his hands "You cut off its f*cking head!" Shade watched as the womans head was cut off and Toby collapsed.

"Someone else can help him. After the way he treated me when I tried to help there is no way in h*ll I'm gonna try to help him again" Shade said still mad turning her back on Toby.

Grims stopped running when he heard a scream and then a thud. Behind him, the probation officer was beheaded and Toby was passed out. "Oh crap," Grims muttered to himself. He turned and ran straight to Toby, "Damn it, you crazy little f**k." He couldn't help but laugh. Grims put two fingers to Toby's jugular and breathed a sigh of relief, "Alive...just sleeping." He then remembered the body and grimaced.

Shade saw Toby decapitate the officer and quit emanating the energy which caused his illusions. He went over to Grims and growled softly. "Hey bud, thanks back there," Grims said, patting the Zoroark's head, "You really saved our asses. But," he frowned slightly, "Why'd you bring us here in the first place?" The Pokemon pointed at the dead body of the probation officer. "Oh. You sensed her so you tried to put as much distance between us as possible. Thanks for trying, bud."

Grims then remembered Shade. "Hey, I'm sorry. For putting you through this." He blushed slightly and was glad that it was dark. That is, until Jack O' floated by, clearly lighting up Grim's face.

"Hey, I'm sorry. For putting you through this." Grims said to her causing Shade to turn and look at him a faint blush coming onto her face when she saw him blushing.

"It's okay you haven't done anything. Toby's the one thats made me mad, all I did was try to help him and he just went nuts both times I tried" she said glancing at the body and feeling slightly nauseous at the sight. Shade looked away from the body taking a deep breath trying to calm her stomach.

Grims smiled faintly, "He's more of a hothead than I am, and I'm the hottest head here, hahah," he couldn't help but chuckle at that little pun. He saw Shade's discomfort at the body. "I'll take care of it. Bro?" The Zoroark nodded and went to lift the body and the head. "When I saw 'Now', toss the corpse in the air." Shade nodded.

Grims closed his eyes and focused, taking a deep breath. Focus on an explosion...an explosion coming forth from my hands...focus...focus...Grims felt the fire inside of him starting up again and surging into his palms. "NOW!" Shade threw the body into the air and Grims thrust forth his palms, setting an enormous cloud of fire into the air and incinerating the remains of the body. "Better?" He asked the girl.

Shade looked back at Grims just as the explosion happened and she shielded her eyes. "Better?" he asked her.

"Yeah thanks." Shade said smiling at him. "And i can tell he's the hothead here, it's been obvious to me since the first thing he said about me honestly" she added her mind racing Everyone seems to have these really cool powers after the lightning and so far for me nothing...I wonder if I even have one

"Oh, yeah, hahah," Grims replied, "If it's any consultation, I don't think you're a lesbian." He knew it was a dumb thing to say, but he hoped she'd find it sweet. She's actually really pretty...He caught himself smiling.
