To me it isn't one of those "sit down and have a great lil' time!111!!!1" games. I do take it serious when I play.Some of you guys take this game way too seriously you know. :p

Haha, I take back what I said. I just got nuked. :( XDI never use to get nuked, but it is getting more common than before.
It is annoying when you see:
Winner = 25 Kills
Second = 9 Kills
.
.
.
Last = 25 kills
Is so obvious they have been boosting ><
Seconded.
I wish I hadn't posted how to do it. I did it with the understanding that everyone here played right.
Same, the thing is though, when I'm not playing with my squad the game manages to put all the level 20 and under new guys on my team while the other team has the high ranked prestigers. I can go as possitive as I want and be MVP, but at least 2 of my teammates will be something like 0 kills and 14 deaths.I has a field day with all the new players today.
I had several games where I got scores like 35-5.
Shame for the new guys, though.
I probably made their first experience of the online a bit horrible.
I have literally the worst luck with bad teammates. I should change my gamertag to 'the wagon' or something because all I seem to do is carry teammates.Same, the thing is though, when I'm not playing with my squad the game manages to put all the level 20 and under new guys on my team while the other team has the high ranked prestigers. There should be an emblem for that, I would put it on. XDI have literally the worst luck with bad teammates. I should change my gamertag to 'the wagon' or something because all I seem to do is carry teammates.
You know what I do when I find out some lifeless person is nuke boosting (that's right, if you have to boost in a game then you're a lifeless person. Because you have nothing better to do then to sit in a corner with someone on your friends list and boost to get a nuke, or points)? I look at the map and try to find the most uncommon spot on the map and then I go there (If you've played as many games as I have you can kind of tell where boosters are at. Having a headset helps as well). And when I get to that spot I kill both of them, and it just kills the nuke chance. And then they get a lovely message. Yea, all they have to do is go to another room and maybe it'll have stupid people. But it doesn't change the fact that the boosting nuke person didn't get it legit, doesn't change the fact that the person is a lifeless looser.OMG, Im boosting tonight, for a nuke only. Its not easy for me to feel guilty though :P
I take it seriously because it's not one of them "casual", "lets all just have fun" types of games. I have fun playing it, and playing games is for fun. But what pisses me off is people on my team that doesn't know how to play the game or game type.Some of you guys take this game way too seriously you know. :p

And I can't believe how many people on PC talk about nuke boosting. Oh everyone goes "HAHAHAHAHA I wouldn't ever do it" but I know good as well that most people who say they'll nuke boost would really do it.

You could use the same logic to say someone who actually goes for a nuke legit and takes their time is also lifeless. Besides, it takes more time out of their life to do that than it would to boost it.You know what I do when I find out some lifeless person is nuke boosting (that's right, if you have to boost in a game then you're a lifeless person. See, "yet" being the key word. It's not hard to get 25 kills. I went 30 and 0 on a Free For All match (the kind where you have no one watching your back, or there isn't some "safe spot"). I wasn't sitting in some corner waiting for people to come by. I was doing a good bit of patrolling and picked up a good weapon after my TAR-21 ran out of ammo. It wasn't a room full of Christmas kids, I didn't get a kill with my Predator Missile, and both my Harrier and Pave Low were shot down after getting maybe 2 or 3 kills each. So if I can go 30 and 0 on a Free For All match, if I can get over 25 kills more then once, then anyone can. I don't have some God given gift to play Call of Duty, I can't do anything in the game that makes me magicly get 25 kills. I just use my head a little, and I get lucky every now and then. Anything I can do anyone else can do if given a little time.Calling me "lifeless" most certainly will not hurt my feelings, especially when I have plenty of reason to fire it back at you. But aside of all of that, I honestly see nothing wrong with it. I have already expressed my reason for doing it, which I havent yet. I honestly hate having to unlock the emblems I really want and I have never in all my CoD days gotten a 25 kill streak.
I can't remember if I linked you to a thread on GameSpot, where someone said that boosters are the smartest players in the game, and have more of a life then people playing the game right.You could use the same logic to say someone who actually goes for a nuke legit and takes their time is also lifeless. Besides, it takes more time out of their life to do that than it would to boost it.
It annoys me too, more so due to teams. Like I play Hardcore HQ a good bit. And I can understand a supportive roles where a person sits back and shoots the enemy while they try to take the HQ. But I have lost so many matches because my whole team is camping, pulling this "supportive" role and they won't capture the HQ. Even if the whole enemy team is dead and it needs to be capped. So most of the time it's me or Alex_ in the HQ while the whole team just sits back and watches. I can't stand it, and I'm one of them people with a good K/D (1.84) so I can talk about the campers who sit back trying to boost their K/D. I have a better K/D then most of them.What annoys me is that nobody plays the objective anymore.
People are way too focused on their K/D ratios, than actually winning.
I hate stupid campers on my team trying to boost k/d ratio
