Most/Least useful Meal Powers?

They usually come in levels and often are type based, but generally speaking for each Meal Power, which ones do you consider the most useful or do you use the most and which the least?

A list of the Meal powers:
-Egg Power
-Catching Power
-Exp. Point Power
-Item Drop Power
-Raid Power
-Title Power
-Sparkling Power
-Humungo Power
-Teensy Power
-Encounter Power

I've personally never made a sandwich or bought a restaurant meal for the Exp. Point power, Item Drop Power, Teensy Power or Humungo Power. Not to say they're completely useless, but I've never had need of them.
I only situationally use Egg Power. It's a must when breeding as eggs more or less don't even show up without it, but I don't like breeding in SV so I prefer to avoid doing it in the first place. =P

The ones I use the most and that I consider the most useful for me are:
-Raid Power for trying to get extra Herba Mystica or other rare item rolls.
-Encounter Power; very useful for shiny hunting.
-Sparkling Power; usually combined with the above at level 3 for easy shiny hunting.

-Catching Power; a bit more situational, but the Blueberry cafeteria has a meal that combines Sparkling Power level 1 and Catching Power level 2 which is a pretty nice combo for outbreak shiny hunting imo. Especially when you wanna catch a shiny in a Poke Ball that it's hard to catch with.
-Title Power. Usually comes with the level 3 Sparkling Power sandwiches. Can be nice for some unusual marks on shiny Pokemon, but not exactly a must Meal Power imo.

In order:
  • Encounter Power: Most useful. Helps for EV training and finding shinies. Typically makes Sandwich #80 for easy Blisseys near the Team Star base in the north.
  • Humungo Power and Sparkling Power: Helps a lot for getting shinies. Prefers larger Pokemon because of how small some of them feel. Put in the effort for a shiny, so why not make it visible? Generally combines Encounter, Humungo, and Sparkling for a shiny hunt.
  • Egg Power: For the rare moments of breeding. Makes such a huge difference to even have level 1.
  • Raid Power: Useful at the start of Scarlet/Violet. Farmed 7-star raids daily. Stopped caring once Exp Candy L started hitting the cap. Already got tons of Herba Mystica by then too.
  • Title Power: A nice bonus, but not as good as the other ones for shiny hunting.
  • Item Drop Power: Nice in theory for material farming. Recommends Encounter Power over this. Would not waste an Herba Mystica on Encounter + Item Drop of the same type.
  • Exp. Point Power: Used this for the Gifts of Surprise recently, more for novelty than anything. Relies on candies now. Never felt necessary during the main game.
  • Catching Power: Too specific and not necessary.
  • Teensy Power: Already made them too small.

I've used Sparkling Power the most and often combine that with Encounter Power. It's extremely helpful to hunt for a specific shiny Pokémon.

I've not used specifically used the other powers. I might have them as a result of a sandwich creation of my nightmares, but I have not actively sought out something as useless as Title power or Catching power...
