Oh God Qwilfish. Siggy and I had this thing going where she'd be like "My Qwilfish was hungry. So...I fed it."

I found it competely hilarious, and made a few people remember it. XD;

I'd more so forget its opposition - Remoraid/Octillery.

Ehem. Most useless pokemon are as follows:
Mew, Mewtwo, Arceus and Deoxys.

1º Unown
2º Delibird
3º Farfetch'd

- All baby pokémons evolve, so they'll be good later, just like Magikarp and Feebas.
- Qwilfish could be a great pokémon: Swords Dance/Waterfall/Poison Jab/Explosion, with Swift Swim ability and a Life Orb attached. I already have one of this and it's very good.
- Cherrim with Sunny Day is by far more powerfull than Unown/Delibird/Farfetch'd
- Shuckle? Look at its defense/special defense.
- All pokémons that evolve to a stronger form couldn't be classificated as the most useless, when we have that trio that I refered.
- Dunsparce, that also doesn't evolve, could be a great annoyer.
- Unown/Delibird/Farfetch'd could be HM slaves, like Bidoof could be.

So.. these are the most useless pokémons, in my opinion.
 
Pachirisu. Other Pikachu clones at least brought something to the table--Pichu emphasized the new baby Pokémon feature, Plusle/Minun emphasized double battling... Pachirisu just sat there being an inferior Pokémon to the Shinx-line.

Just because it annoys you doesn't mean it's useless. If played well with it, it can tear apart unprepared teams on the lower tiers.

Pachirisu IS pathetic, but it isn't useless. It has a good speed, it also has decent defense and a good special defense, so it can be used as a counter to other electric types on the lower tiers. Also, it can be used as a support Pokémon.

The most useless Pokémon title is Sunkern, IMO. Magikarp at least has speed. A Specs Unown can actually do some damage, even with one move. But Sunkern has a crappy movepool, the worst BST of any Pokémon, and no utility at all.

Also, Pachirisu has Super Fang. It's a really useful move if used properly.

Word. I do think Sunflora is kinda cool looking though. I'm sure I am the only one here who will profess to liking Sunflora in any way lol. But yeah, my vote goes for Sunkren. P.O.S.

Ugh. Poor pokemon.

Dunsparce. No attack power, or defensive power, can only learn two Hm's, and it doesn't evolve.
I'd rather have a team of unknowns luvdiscs and Farfetch'ds then have a single dunsparce on my team.

Magcargo is quite possibly the worst fully evolved pokemon ever. You get a fully evolved fire type, but to make it worse you also give it 2 4x weaknesses to water and ground, some of the most common types in the game. If that isn't enough, you give it crappy HP and speed so it has no hope of surviving against anything that knows a water type move. Unown is the worst pokemon that doesn't evolve though. Seriously, you get a pokemon that knows nothing but hidden power and you give it abysmal stats. The only thing it is useful for is its ability, and that's only for hatching, which isn't even an exclusive ability.

Sunkern is pretty weak but at least you can use it for the pokethlon, and it's the cutest pokemon ever, so yeah.
 
most useless: arceus
he is OVERATED, not able to be used in competitions ANYWHERE, he was only released ONCE and you dont release the pokegod in Gen IV, you release it in Gen I, therefore, Arceus is the most useless, and magikarp is god
 
I think the most useless pokemon to use is Magikarp. It only knows tackle and splash, so I think it's easy to lose with a Magikarp, or easy to beat a Magikarp.

Ok I'll comment all of the meanings.
Wobbuffet-It's awesome use serious.
Cherrim-What the it scares me in battle when it uses Sunny day!
Bidoof-At least a HM slave.
Unown-Agree it's worst.
Delibird-O__o Present can be dangerous or love but yeah I won't really call him terrible.
Farfetch'd-Bad no comment.
Luvdisc-Not that worse but it's basically useless but it works for me at Ruby :/
Magikarp-He isn't bad.
Feebas-It's evo. is legend-ish (Uber)
Sunkern-Yeah bad Pokemon.
Magcargo-Not a good pick.
Qwilfish-It's not very bad but nor good.
Dunsparce-Useless...But can be used too annoy a opponent.

I guess that's all.
 
If we leave the evolutions of Magikarp and Feebas then they are hell weak.
 
Dunsparce annoys me so much. It's pratically pointless. Unown at least has some aesthetic value, but Dunsparce (In my opinion) has none.
I'd say that the most useless pokemon is Dunsparce, followed by Unown.
 
Hummm... I always thought it was Magikarp!
I some it it can be useful if you evolve it but its still useless in my opinion..
