There are Rocket Admins, but they don't get any time until after you beat the Elite 4/Champion.

There's a male and female Admin, so...

Male Admin: Gilda (really, there aren't any "evil" males, and if you could make Rainbow the male starter, Gilda can be the male Rocket Admin.)
Female Admin: Zecora

But, Sammy's plan is all right, too...

I may change a couple things though like instead of having Dash be the champion if you choose Pinkie Pie and vice versa, have Gilda be the rival and Champion for canon reasons and plus i don't think i script that much. I'm definitely gonna have Professor Oak be either the Mayor or Princess Celestia.

I was originally gonna do this solo, but then i realized how much work it's gonna take. I may start up a team cause i don't think i can do all the work by myself ;-;. I'll be too busy mapping to do the spriting. If anypony is interested, just ask and i'll happily consider you~

Yeah, my game is still in development. I just held it back because of GT8. I might try to handle more of it myself, to give you some more room for your hack, since it sounds awesome. xD;

Naw, the best game would be one in 3D in which you can explore Ponyville, Everfree Forest, Rest of Equestria, etc etc. Basically Grand Theft Auto combined with MLP.

Yay~ Three people~ dunno what you'll do though. it's up to you~

I already have a basic concept for Vinyl's team~ Since she's a DJ, shes gonna use Sound/Technological Pokemon (Whismar, Loudred, Exploud, Porygon, etc, etc.)~~

Applejack: Mix of Fighting and Ground Pokemon
Twilight Sparkle: Psychic, for sure
Rarity: Beautiful/cute Pokemon
Fluttershy: Cute Pokemon

I'll send you Pokemon teams in a PM if you want, but this is the rough ideas I had for the Pony 4.

Yeah, I suppose Rarity would have like, Beautifly, Milotic, Gardevoir, etc.~

Twilight Sparkle: Alakazam, Starmie, Wobbufett, Exeggutor and Jynx.
Rarity: Gardevoir, Milotic, Blissey, Rapidash and Dragonair
Fluttershy: Butterfree, Wigglytuff, Pidegot, Vileplume and Kingdra.

Eh...that's the basic gist...

I'll work on the Gym Leaders~ or we can collab on them. Doesn;t matter. I have of couple for Derpy. Gloom, Bidoof/Bibarrel, Psyduck, Wobbufett etc. etc. Basically Derpy/Stupid 'mons.

Maybe you and Ryu can split the sprite work?
 
The CMC should be the first Gym Leader, but be considered to function as one Gym Leader.

Cutie Mark Crusaders: Pikachu (Scootaloo), Jigglypuff (Sweetie Belle), and Tyrouge (Apple Bloom).

[I don't know why; I think Pikachu just works well with Scoot.]
 
I was gonna split up the CMC, but still have them in one Gym. I would have Apple Bloom as the leader, since she was the first CMC we were introduced too, and have Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo as the trainers you fight before you get to the leader.
